- This video is so important to make - as so many people think that ChatGPT content is dead, AI SEO content is dead - but it's simply not true
The helpful content update was over a month ago, and they're still rolling it out, but in my opinion it's pretty clear what happened
They were sick of people gaming the ranking system to rank websites that they actually had no experience in the niche, and were not offering anything special to the internet
This was frustrating Google, as trillions of new pages are created everyday, they had to put their foot down and change something
In my opinon they've targeted a few different things at once:
1. Bad content
2. Bad websites with no E E A T
3. Abusive spamming using autoblogging tools
Don't fall into any of these pitfalls, and you'll see that AI content is still ranking very well on Google, you just need to demonstrate that you're a legitimate business with legitimate content

But tell us how to create these articles manually, all the prompts and code interpreter sort of things, because not all of us can bear the API cost. I wanna start for free. EEAT by profiles on other platforms and authors is definitely not the changemaker. It helps but does not have the impact to get smashed or stay up. I'll maybe do a early April update in Discord to show you. Cause I have 4 different EEAT cases that cover all the variants. Fake author, real author, with and without social. profiles.

Yes, got a fake one with semi shit content and socials that still works. A good content with real author and socials that got hit. And a fake one with shit content with socials that got hit.
Currently experimenting with things to see what is the common factor. Socials with posts it is not or authorship is not the factor that shifts the needle yet.
But your remark on length might be a bigger factor then we might realise.

Authors are allowed to use pen-names, J.K. Rowling has published a number of books under a guys name (to keep it separate from her harry potter brand). The idea that you cant blog about bonsai trees unless you use your real name seems absurd. Has Google officially stated this? This seems like a ridiculous requirement that every single thing you do online needs to be tied to your real name, people should be allowed to use pen-names, alias, etc. thats how blogs have always been for the most part. Some actors use "screen names".

The algorithm didn't hit Jesse, he was targeted manually by the Google peeps. They targeted all of the SEO youtubers' public sites. The sites they didn't disclose are still doing fine.

I have done all of this. All social, real images of me, even writing my personal opinion of most articles of my VAs, my story in the about me - still Google killed 96% of my websites traffic. We even have 50.000 views on the TH-cam videos we produced for most articles! And still Google killed the website. $10.000+ of investment lost.
