gt was like a second home for me and the community was like my second family after i joined gt sport last year. with gt7 it’s even better. thank you so so much for the precious memories i’ve made with this game across the span of 5 games from gt4 all the way to gt7. never in my life i’ve dedicated myself to a game let alone a racing title as much as i did for gran turismo.

Nice to see u Ken, the father of the playstation wondered what u been up to, since retiring or stepping down. What u say is so true, Gran Turismo revolutionized physics calculation. I have been playing racing games since Pole position on Atari, Test Drive 1 on Dos, Rad Racer and Top Gear on Nes. The very first Need For speed, in partnership with Magazine Road and Track Presents the Need for Speed started out with similar ambitions and having the NSX, RX7 and Supra, which is when it became my favorite car,. but they transition to an unrealistic arcade racer. But in 97 Gran Turismo came and filled that void and Ive been a loyal fans since. The future is indeed bright and I have the highest hope and expectations, Gran Turismo, PDI can never disappoint, because I see their vision and love poured in everything they do

I absolutely love GT7. This is my first GT game. It reminds me when I was a kid, I once liked cars a lot. and now, this part of me wake up from sleep. "even more incredible games coming ... or even something adhoc" is a weird turn of phrase,
and it's an especially weird coincidence when the modding community has recently been making strides with our understanding of Gran Turismo's "Adhoc" scripting language (used in GT4 to GTS).
We're really rather close to making brand new experiences (menus, events, etc) with GT6's cars, tracks and physics engine... which could be considered a whole new game: just made by modders & not PD!
Wasn’t adhoc the name of the multiplayer technology used in GT PSP?

The GT-specific scripting language is/was a different thing called "Adhoc".
Both are not to be confused with the actual word "adhoc".
I've no idea why everyone decided to use the same word, making it so confusing! :')

We know because I believe PD have mentioned it in technical presentations and job listings, plus from our own research into GT7.
It does technically use Adhoc, but only the compiled version: PD now write Swift source code instead.
I'd imagine using a real, known language instead of their own custom one makes it easier to hire staff, though personally I think Adhoc is actually a great little language.

No matter what ghost I chase im still getting same distance from them and same time, how is that possible, the ghosts are a second or so apart. controller is beginning to suck! but that's OK because GT wasting your time on getting VR out instead of sorting these issues and hiding the fact there's others, tracks are out'dated, cars are old but that's OK because GT will give you useless cars they dribbled over at a show.
I love the GT Series - but, weather is just not working. You don’t know the forecast, my cars grip on slicks is far less than oppositions car on slicks, and then you go put inters on, the competition doesn’t, and then - while you pit - the track has dried up… sorry Polyphony - you need som massive work on the weather part. Made me buy an xbox and forza Motorsport instead. 😢
what a joke this timetrial is, I just set ghost to reset and check points so I can see racing line at every step, and last chicane the ghost bounced around them bends cutting first massively, i stayed safe and got a penalty 🤬 so the ghost shouldn't have a fast time as it should have a penalty.
Y’all have such an absolutely amazing game, but please can you fix lobbies?? The servers are still super bad and it makes leagues impossible to do right. Whether it’s for racing or drifting. It’s like as soon as there’s more than 7 people in a lobby, extreme lag from every car is almost a guarantee

unfair advantage controller to wheel when they can left foot brake etc, but yet classed all in same 🤔 everyone will tell you wheel is faster

Lap time challenge was completed at the given time needed, now to have it removed is a bit petty, not everyone can get on everyday to make sure their time was enough. Moving goal posts again, set a TIME! and leave it, shows GT don't know the system or ability, people beating world times in a game is just that a game, not fully realistic. Ego is a big issue in this game.
Putting B.o.p back in has ruined the game 😤
A bit poor there isn't many scapes for UK, no race tracks 🤔 and I wonder how many have bought this game in UK, shows that GT don't care!

so these daily races are bop, so why doesn't GT put a ghost up of each car to not only prove the bop is fair but give everyone a chance to use a different car and not make it one horse races, or the bop is useless as each track is different and you are wasting your time unless you go with the crowd. never seen anything but nissan, alfa in top position.
not only do gt delete gt sport decals some get moved wasting you time, so lobby looses the cursor on race enter screen and locks you from doing anything so you have to restart the whole game 🤬 you mention issues but they are never in the Known issues list.
Just bought a digital copy of gt7 and it just crashes on my console. And I begged and borrowed crash to get the copy which was on sale. My heart is broken. Always wanted gt7 and now. I have it but it just crashes 30 seconds in. Pain

You wanted to remove the dirty ones from the game, and for this you have eliminated the impulse and the slipstream and set penalties so that you cannot skip a piece of the circuit. With all that you have not achieved anything, it is still full of dirty players and sometimes it is a shame to play. What you have achieved is that groups of friends who had a good time together ( slow and fast ) can not play together because the differences are abysmal . You have broken groups of friends. I just want to play for fun, not to learn a profession. What's in your head? Only competition or do you also like to enjoy in a relaxed way?

really need to hurry up with the uodate, system not saving timetrail time in game 🤬 move stick on controller and system turns car slowly around a corner 😂 so sensitivity isn't as sensitive as it should be, oh wait it's got look good and can't have erratic movements like you can on a REAL car, drivers want realistic, start car put brakes on and spin wheels 🤔 not changed since day one of gt
