Please do never ever anymore use WD40 for any kind of oiling purposes! You can use it for removing stickers or for cleaning. If you take a closer look into the summary you will notice that there are a lot of highly and fast votalizing ingredients in there and almost nothing that provides any oiling! But thanks for the video. Its interesting to see a teardown of this tool.
Do yourself a favour and throw it away, don't give it away, you don't hate anyone that much. The 4200 is the worst one they ever made, it was discontinued after a year, complete with class action lawsuit. It is utter junk, the ez change chuck is a mile away from the bearing with resultant run out to the moon, the bearing inner race is a loose sliding fit on the shaft, The staking of the armature and termination of the field windings was so poor the failure rate was off the charts. A masterpiece of sloppy engineering.
Excellently done! The rubber grommet fell out when I was taking mine apart and I did not know where it was supposed to be properly placed! Thanks!
Probably set on the outer ring of the bearing.
Dziękuję Ci! Dzięki Twojemu filmowi naprawiłem swoją zabawkę :) Pozdrawiam!

Thanks for reminding!🤝
You mean that the factory didnt oil any moving parts so we shouldnt either? Can you please further explain your point?
@@josephzekhnini5621 WD40 isn't for lubrication, more for water displacement hence WD formula 40.
Mucho trabajo bien hecho y no cambiaste los cojinetes
Yes, the bearings are barely usable
