Ammo canisters are supposed to go in the bracket in the front, where the guns are pointing. The instructions are incorrect.
Which is where I have them at the end. They still should "mount" and not just sit
Awesome review! Man love these vehicles but I need more space 😁
Same!
The classified team absolutely killed it with this offering
A few things could have made it perfect.
It would be nice to hear the Joe team address the ammo cans. Thanks for the review! #VampSpam
There's a lot of things it would be nice to hear them address
Ammo cans mount on the front of the gun rack there are plenty of pictures online to show it at work
1) that's not what the instructions show.
2) keep watching
great review kato
Thanks, Sarge
i totally agree with everything youve said. I'm definitely less excited to get mine next week. especially since it cost me 80 buck canadian in shipping and duties to order it from hasbro plus to canada.
$80 in shipping?!
Other than the bendy weapons, which I agree is just ridiculous, this seems like a decent value. I'm not buying it, but definitely remember this vehicle when I was a kid. IMO, Hasbro gives way more love to GI Joe than TF.
You might be right about that
The M2 50cal machine guns can eject their brass straight down or out either right or left side of the gun but you are correct the designer should have thought about a better placement of the ammo cans. The current Hasbro Team that is doing the G.I. Joe Vehicles are not even trying to look at what the Military is using today and that is clear by the way they are just basically reissuing all the 80s vehicles. Back in the 80s the Hasbro Team were looking at Janes Defense News and other Military News sources for what was the Latest and Greatest in Military Tech. The Dragonfly helicopter is a perfect example of how Hasbro took the AH-1 Cobra Gunship that was being used by the USMC and Hasbro also looked at the Bell Helicopter Upgrade Plan that had the Marines wish list of upgrades to bring the Cobra up to the Apache level creating the Super Cobra and later the Viper. Haslab Dragonfly is a slightly more realistic version of the Super Cobra/Viper Helicopter but Hasbro did not take the Targeting Pod that is located on the Nose that houses the Forward Looking Infrared and Laser Designator and it would have been a very easy addition to the Dragonfly and when mine comes in later this summer I am planning to have something 3D printed by a buddy to make it look better. I served in the Navy and worked in Aviation for a major part of my career and I tried to send several messages to the HasLab people about a few upgrades that would take the Dragonfly to the next level but I never heard from them which is something that is stupid on their part because this Collectables are not being marketed to children but to people that grew up in the 80s and now have the money to purchase all this stuff.
I was fool for not getting it when it was available, hoping I'm lucky enough to get it later. Hate the rubber weapons tho, that's seriously my only gripe with this line.
Yeah....the weapons suck so bad
Lets go! #VampSpam
Eye got this reference 😂😂
Got one on order, still waiting for it to be shipped, might get another if I really like it.
Awesome
Cool set and an even cooler review🦾
You're cool
The only real issue I have is with Clutch’s loose helmet.
you feeling OK man? You sounded a little, I don't know, either tired, pissed off, lack of energy, or a combination of everything in this review. The review itself is wonderful. Every other review I have seen so far people are really excited and say that this is like, the best gift to Man from God. I am still very excited to get mine, but I am sure glad to hear a more neutral and realistic point of view.
3/5 is still good. And yeah... I'm groovy.
more than the wobbly wheels, the no place for a guy to fire machine gun that have handles would drive me nuts. If you take out the gas cans can they stand in the rack? Serpentor's actually pretty comparable in size. I didn't think it was that large.
Yeah, I honestly forgot how big that chariot was
Nice overview, and thanks for sharing.
I've yet to open mine. I had back surgery Tuesday, and my toy openings have taken a backseat. It's nice they placed some aluminum/reflecting stickers on for the sideview mirrors.
I've never been one who likes to apply decals, so the fact they did that is a plus for me.
The vehicle looks as if
It should have been about a half inch taller. Heads popping up above roll bars... is well, stupid looking. All in all
I'm glad I picked one up.
I've been replacing joe weapons with Valaverse weapon packs since they became available.
Hopefully, I'll be able to start opening my toy hauls in a week or two as the pile is growing. 😅
Oh, man! Hope your back recovery goes well
Nice review, I havent got to open mine yet, waiting on some new shelves.
Need some new shelves, myself
I'd fairly expect people to put the tires on incorrectly in many cases as that is understandable as the instructions are lousy on that point and don't make it very clear which ones are which or which ones are left and right side etc..
If there is a left and right ,specific...then that is another failure on HASBRO's part. It's their job.
@@KatosKollection Well these also gave the Outback backpack to the 60th Anniversary Infantry Soldier and then kitted said solder out with weapons that have a much larger trigger guard aperture so the guns can't store on the post and just fall off when disturbed.
I guess one could criticise them putting two screens on the 60th Anniversary Sailor propulsion device one of which is eentirely blank and then putting a number on his chest under the gear you can never see and likely wouldn't want as he's a generic, and well I'd rather have had a tampograph on that second screen than a needless safety label they also felt was required.
They like safety decals almost as much as they like tattoos it seems.
Awsome! Great Review🤘 Overall I like it
Thanks, dude
They should have made the box bigger so we could store him back if we needed to change displays. He doesn't fit in the box with the wheels on.
Good point
Clutch looks like the wrestler Wheeler Yuta
You know what.....he really does
@@KatosKollection Just like how Gung Ho looks like Chuck Liddell.
Actually, Clutch does kind of look like Illia Topuria as well. And I have no issue with that, lol.
Awesome vehicle!! I never had one as a kid, but this larger scale Classified version looks so good. Great idea tacking down the ammo boxes on the rack under the guns. They probably should have made a cage under the guns for better support. I hope they make add ons in the future like doors and a top for more protection. I wish these were offered in stores but i know Hasbro doesnt want to pay for extra shelf space.
Thanks. Yeah a top could be cool, but without opening doors, it could be cumbersome
The Vamp II will have beetle wing doors and the Stringer 4X4 should have Gullwing doors. This one is the only one without a roof and doors asde from the Seers SMS giftset vehicle originally (which they are very unlikely to do for Classified even though they have the parts) & yes it can haul the HMS trailer *and any eventual repaints of it*
@@90lancaster ok
Not as Much a Joe fan as I am a Kato fan. He posts I watch. 😅
🤜💥🤛
Love the review. I have mine but haven't opened it yet. 1 problem i have....
I have no problem with tattoos... but what is hasbro/ gi joe's hang up on EVERY CHARACTER HAVING A TATTOO?... getting a little ridiculous at this point.
The coolest people have tattoos
Plus clutch and rock n roll are the rock stars out the gi joe team
IIm just here to hear that sexy voice of Katooooooooo Great review as always good sir!
Apparently I sounded tired and pissed in this one 🤷♀️
@@KatosKollection Yeah i read that. mehhh you sounded just great.
@@DeluxeBaldwin 🤣
M.P.A.V.😂😂🤘
Glad someone enjoyed that
Awesome!
Thanks!
Stop making me want things 😅
I refuse
Great review!!! #Vampspam #Tinfoilken3000
Your guns are pointing in the wrong direction, where the hand grips the way yours are set is covering where you place the ammo cans. I like to think his helmet has a HUD for his guns like the way modern Apache helicopters pilots front gun works.
The guns can go on either side. Even the picture on the package show the cans under the barrels on the rack. My guns are exactly as pictured on the rear of the box.
You are exactly right my bad.
@@kevinriddle185 you really had me go check 🤣 wouldn't be the first time I screwed up 🤣🤣
Not to be intrusive but I picked up from a 3poa pod your around Asheville I’m from Morganton.
@@kevinriddle185 right on.
You hate gijoe and Hasbro. You’re a hard core Valaverse guy. You have said so many times how much you hate Hasbro, you hate gijoe. What made you buy the vamp? All you’re saying is how much you hate it and Hasbro. Love your non bias review!
🤣🤣🤣 I have never said I hate Hasbro or G.I. Joe (Which is why I have nearly every Classified figure on display) nice try, though. Everything I said in this video, both praise and criticism, is valid. You don't like it.... the entrance and exit is the same door.
the price on these vehicles is BS just saying cant justify it
I can't argue with that
He is really cool, but the price, in Australia it’s 200 bucks 😬🥲 oh well maybe for Christmas
Yikes! $200?!?!
@@KatosKollection yep😭
I hate that the dual M2 Browning's are for decor only
You wanted them to be working guns?
@@KatosKollection absolutely! Everyone should own at least one vehicle mounted MaDeuce! 10/10 guaranteed to keep tyrants away!
