You don’t have to justify buying something you love, Tony. You made it through war, so you buy whatever makes you happy, and how could you not love an RC Hummer that works perfectly with your beloved new Valaverse figures. I have to say it looks awesome all loaded up with the Action Force figures, and for what it is and does it’s a hell of a better value than the Hell Charger! I enjoy your videos, so keep making great content for the toy lovers out there and we’ll keep watching them!
You’re welcome! I’ve enjoyed learning the differences between the toys I grew up with here in Texas, and what was available to kids in the UK. Your videos are extremely informative and well made. You’re putting out some of the best retro to current action figure line videos on TH-cam, in my opinion.
Hey brother. I wanted to thank you for all of the awesome material you post. More importantly I thank you for your service. Throughout my career in the US military I have always used the SAS and the Unit as a guide for improvement. The standards you warriors set for yourselves are phenomenal! As they say, the SAS has forgotten more than the rest of the militaries around the world currently know! I really appreciate your advice and you have never steered me wrong. I hope that you continue to post material for a while to come Who Dares Wins and Semper Fi brother
i used to work for general engine products, owned by american motors. i set the timing on the humvee engines as they rolled down the line (actually pulled around a giant loop via a chain built into the floor).
Hi Tony were you in the Australian Army in the Mid 1990s, I was in 17 Const Sqn RAE, we had this guy in 8 Troop who had a Dozen Action Man 12in Figure's, in a display in his Barrack room, I used to enjoy going past his room when his door was open and looking at his Acton Man Collection, It use to bring back fond memories when I was 7 or 8 playing with my GI Joe Land Adventure and Sea Adventure Figures with Lifelike Hair and Beards and their Shoulder Holstered Revolvers, Great content Tony , cheers
That was brilliant Tony. Seen it in loads of your videos but to see it rocking around the desert with the team on board was fantastic. Loved the mounted camera angle shots too. So cool seeing it from that perspective. So glad you got the batteries and decided to shot some footage.
I have the same Humvee. It is expensive because it is a fairly high end enthusiast grade RC vehicle, so it is priced as such. It is common for RC vehicles to come without LiPo batteries, because most hobbyists already have multiple batteries.
Sweet ride! Checked on EBay and the cheapest with shipping would have been $700 CAD. Going to wait to see what Action Force comes up with from the Rezvani partnership
I'm an RC guy in Canada, I can say that the price of 700 CAD is about right compared with anything you would find in 1/10 scale hobby grade from dealers like Great Hobbies (who don't carry this, unfortunately).
Wow! That IS cool! Bobby Vala should Ste... Erm... I mean license that vehicle design for his line! I wouldn't worry too much about the scale difference. Most, if not all, G.I. JOE/(OG) Action Force vehicle were also out of scale! Ether way this looks like it fits right in!
Man, that thing oozes quality! Anyone pulling the "But you said the hell charger is too expensive!" Card is someone who only understands price, not value. Happy motoring!
What I love is that it looks like it has weight, even the body. I've seen Hollywood miniatures that looked world's more "plasticy"/toylike. Thanks for the detailed review.
Tips for anyone thinking about buying one of these great looking Humvees: 1) the battery connector looks to be a Deans plug, likely a 2S lipo battery but a NiMh (nickel metal hydride) version will also work although not quite as punchy. These are common in the hobby grade RC world. Just take this thing to any local RC hobby shop and they'll set you up (and likely drool). Regarding the price, for steel construction and the details, fit and finish, this looks to be about on par with any competitor in the hobby grade RC world. The upside to the price is that you will be able to repair and upgrade this should the speed controller, servo or motor die on you. Check out Holmes Hobbies here on TH-cam for great examples of what I'm talking about, John Holmes hand wound motors are said to be the best in the business. Thanks for the great video and honest review!
Really great video. Due to work, I just finally got around to watching it. Not disappointed. Some of the clips of that vehicle running looked almost like the real thing. Great find. Yes, it's expensive. But I agree. If it is something you want and it really fits your collection and you can work out a way to get it, there is no problem. You actually stayed true to your philosophy. Great video, Tony!
That's a great centerpiece for "display purposes" (rolling across your back yard!) To quote Coach Ed Ogeron (via the youtube searched car ad) "You need a Hummer!"
Damn!!!! That's a great looking RC looks amazing for action figures. Wish it was more bigger just so the figures could fit better. These are the vehicles that we need for action figures, wish that there was a company that could produce them for us to buy at a more reseasonable price. By the way, you were missed at your other guys live video yesterday. Wasn't the same not having you there Bobby and Laserpants
Tony where did you get that Humvee sounds like it was getting to the point it equals Bobby "are we getting any vehicles".😆 Man that WA scenery makes for some great shots driving that around.
Hot Damn!! mate, I LOVE what you've done there with that squad of custom figures. That HUMVEE is an excellent addition and works so well with the figures. Wow and ouch... superb video mukka.
I got my HG P408 a few weeks back and the first thing i did was break the steering servo on it's first run. It's now fixed and i am fleshing out the crew for the vehicle. The chosen figures all seem to be Valaverse figures. I still haven't had a chance to run the Humvee propely yet and i've only just got a large battery that should keep it running for an hour +. I've been discussing the FMS 1/12 Hummer but the fact that valaverse figure don't fit unless you cut their feet off put me off. The FMS Hummer might be the correct scale but i'm not damaging my Valaverse figures just for that. Incidently, i bought a Grid Iron Studios Wall Mounted 50Cal and it fits directly into the weapons mount on the turret. I also discovered that the slide button to the left of the steering toggle has the Grenade Launcher sounds and 50Cal sounds if you have the sound option.
Looks great Tony, a few things regarding that price tag: these are made in far less quantities, there is far more manual labor to assemble, the company that makes this is not a multi billion dollar company, and as the rest you said: this is far more value than the hell wagon, the humvee has far more features and detail, and so much more. So the price is fair for those circumstances. Hey, I was in the US Army for 1 enlistment and my MOS was wheeled vehicle mechanic and I worked on the humvees. So long ago!
I have just ordered a full option Desert Tan and i should have it next week. I'm looking forwards to painting and weathering it and adding loads of stowage. Of course i'll be looking forwards to running it on my local Beach and Sandhills with a crew.
Great review this looks so good unfortunately I don’t have the space for 1/12th-1/10th vehicles but I can’t deny this looks amazing plus all those features really make it feel like they actually shrunk down a Humvee.
Awesome video, awesome vehicle, and absolutely no justification necessary! First of all, there's no comparison between this beauty and 'rolling cinder.' Secondly throughout that whole project, the entire opposition (3POA, Articulated Ninja, etc) said the same thing: If YOU really love it & want it, by all means, yes, buy it; No one can cry 'Hypocrite!' I'm glad you're enjoying it, even if I couldn't see getting it myself. Vanguard really looks tempting, though, doesn't it?
I actually got one after I asked you about it during a 3POA Podcast. Like you I debated about getting it for while, it is rather pricey, but it is really cool looking with the Valaverse figures. One question, where in the vehicle should I put my Desert Rat figure? Should he be driving, riding shotgun, manning the gun or relaxing in one of the back seats?
G.I. Joe A Real American hero had a Humvee-ish vehicle called the Hammer. It was one of my favorites as a kid. This would work for that. Dusty was always my driver…
Awesome! I'm more into 12-inch army action figures at this time, never really been big into 6-inch action figures, but anyway nice video and nice vehicle! Love it. I'd love to find more vehicles for 12-inch army action figures. I've seen a Humvee, a motorcycle, and a snowmobile, don't have any yet but maybe someday.
You get what you pay for. In hobby grade RCs, you paid a really good price for "scalistic", highly detailed, metal 4WD, RTR trail truck... and you can put four of your 1/12 figures in it? Not overpriced at all. Just not what you'd expect to pay if you are just looking to complement your figure set. But then Hobbies are not cheap. They cost what you want them to.
I am really contemplating getting this for Christmas. sadly I can no longer get the tan or od version just the stripped camo version. how about the HG P602? plan on getting it as well? Great review by the way!
Radio controlled metal framed vehicle that seats 4 vs. lights on a plastic car the you manually push? I’ll take the first AND still call it value based on the features alone. I like it!
My only complaint other than price... and in my book it's a big one. There's no GPK. I made GPK before, during, and after 9/11. Knowing how affective GPK is, seeing a Hummer with out it scares the snot out of me. I'd need to build a 1/10 sale armor kits for it. LOL
@@AnalogToys unless I misunderstood eBay's affiliate program (eBay Partner Network), you wouldn't need to be sponsored. It's a way for you to get as part of a referral to eBay. I'm not very knowledgeable about the subject. Cheers
"This is the best hummer I've ever had", funniest thing I've heard all day.
Ironically, you're only likely to get this Hummer on your birthday or Christmas as well!😆
That Hummer joke at the end was the Chef's kiss.
You don’t have to justify buying something you love, Tony. You made it through war, so you buy whatever makes you happy, and how could you not love an RC Hummer that works perfectly with your beloved new Valaverse figures. Awesome video! A great Valaverse Action Force display piece that can actually be used "in the field". Looks like a lot of fun! 😁👍
I have the same Humvee. It is expensive because it is a fairly high end enthusiast grade RC vehicle, so it is priced as such. It is common for RC vehicles to come without LiPo batteries, because most hobbyists already have multiple batteries.
That looks like a real humvee in the photo of it outside. Looks awesome! Moves well in the desert.

That looks so cool with the figures driving in the sand! Amazing how they stay put.
Man that like go pro 1st person shot you got on the hummer was sick man great job amazing vid 🔥
That looks really fun driving around outside 😀
Bobby's eventual Resvani vehicle for the AF line is going to have a high bar to reach when compared to this beauty.😊
Man, that thing oozes quality! Anyone pulling the "But you said the hell charger is too expensive!" Card is someone who only understands price, not value. Happy motoring!
Man, id love to paint and detail that vehicle!!!!

I dont collect Valaverse but this Humvee makes me want to get one and along with a handful of figures.
This looks really sick! The quality is immaculate!
Really great video. Due to work, I just finally got around to watching it. Not disappointed. Some of the clips of that vehicle running looked almost like the real thing. Great find.

Awesome video tony love your desert action force customs
I bet the Desert Rat was enjoying the ride in that RC Humvee
That's a great centerpiece for "display purposes" (rolling across your back yard!) To quote Coach Ed Ogeron (via the youtube searched car ad) "You need a Hummer!"
Compared to the Hell Charger there is no comparison :) that thing is a beauty AND radio controlled. WIth great customization potential.
Great video Tony, the clip of the Humvee in the desert was f**king awesome :) .
Tony, you've made your own Rat Patrol. That's awesome! I remember watching re-runs of that show with my dad.
Thanks for the video Tony appreciate it🔥👍

Man, really needed that "Best hummer I've ever had" thumbnail.
Tony where did you get that Humvee sounds like it was getting to the point it equals Bobby "are we getting any vehicles".😆
Man that WA scenery makes for some great shots driving that around.
Nah, yeah, Nah, this rocks. That's a really cool RC humvee. Thank you for sharing where you got it. Best Hummer I've ever had.

Thumbs up for the end joke! lol
This HUMVEE is awesome ! It has bottom, middle, and top!
I've worked on them dor decades and I can tell you this is extremely accurate.
Awesome video. Most RC vehicles in 1/12 scale are usually on the smaller size so the 1/10 scale in RC is usually right size.
Looks great Tony, a few things regarding that price tag: these are made in far less quantities, there is far more manual labor to assemble, the company that makes this is not a multi billion dollar company, and as the rest you said: this is far more value than the hell wagon, the humvee has far more features and detail, and so much more. Hi Tony, Thanks for posting about the Humvee. This is a definite purchase for the team. Keep up the great work my friend.
Thank you! I was thinking were my Joe Classified's can ride! Thank you so much!
Awesome video, awesome vehicle, and absolutely no justification necessary! First of all, there's no comparison between this beauty and 'rolling cinder.' Sometimes you just gotta treat yourself!
Good for you, Tony. It is expensive, but it does look fantastic. It's one of those items that you definitely need to set the funds aside for.
It looks like that little thing really moves...
30kph!
Wow... Very nice! Seems fit on G.I. Joe Classified figures also. Thanks for sharing this.
That is so fricking cool ,Cheers Tony.
The 1/6 scale World Peacekeepers Humvee looks awesome you can get 4 x 1/6 figures in it. Great video mate👍👍👍
Excellent video. Thank you Tony.
Looks really good am general is just down the road from me got to take a tour of the plant yrs ago when i was in auto tech class awesome video.
Holy mackerel. If you’ve got money to burn, go for it!
This is exactly what I was looking for though I would have to "cobrafy" it for sure.
Either riding shotgun or manning the main gun
This Humvee would look great with the new dessert condor and steel brigade alongside dessert rat and that 60th anniversary gi joe trooper..
Now we need vehicles for the villains. A bike for bone collector perhaps?
G.I. Joe A Real American hero had a Humvee-ish vehicle called the Hammer. It was one of my favorites as a kid. This would work for that. Dusty was always my driver…
An absolute nice display accessory.
I know the feeling of "I really should not buy this but I want it" lol.
@Analog Toys You actually paid a very reasonable price because there are scale off road RC's that go for double the price you paid.
"This is the best hummer I've ever had"... 😆 🤣 😂
Great looking vehicle!
Great video still would have loved if you used the closing line but oh well , great job Tony
Huh? I did use the closing line so what do you mean?
Looks Action Force as 🤬
I meant using it as the title of the video. But was still an amazing vid

Great vid, thanks Tony
Very frigg’in cool Tony!
Great vid it looks great. I’m surprised at all the detail in a RC vehicle. 😎
That Hummer Joke was suppose to be the video title!🐔🐔🐔🐔
Love this, looks really cool.
Would you ever consider a side channel project where you talk a bit more in depth about your military career.... If you CAN tell us that is!
Looks great sir
I am really contemplating getting this for Christmas. sadly I can no longer get the tan or od version just the stripped camo version. how about the HG P602? plan on getting it as well? Great review by the way!
We need a full 90 min stop motion movie mate .
Another awesome video Tony. Would love to get the humvee but l don't think the wife would be to happy!
Compare this to the cost of that POS Chrysler that failed to fund and you really can see value for your toy money.
Great video, Tony.
Can you imagine being so rich that you can have a convoy of these? I would love a black version for the new spec ops black figures.
Wow! A toy made with steel?! Looks like it was made for Valaverse!
Hello Captain, do the soldiers measure 1/12 or 1/10 and where can I get them? I searched on all sites and did not find them.. Please reply dear
I picked up a few last week!
Awesome Sauce.
Hello, can you measure the soldier by how many centimeters is he?
Awesome video, almost want one.
Great video. I actually have the same humvee and I love it 😊 Curious to know where you bought these figures please? thanks
Fantastic review mate 🤟🏻🤟🏻🤟🏻🤟🏻
ouhhh, it rocks!
I have 4 joes that would fit nicely in there.
$500 can... ouch!
good show!
Now this is dope 🔥🔥🔥
Thanks for the video.
It's amazing how some 1/6 scale vehicles work better with 1/12 scale figures.
Much better value than Haslab.
Radio controlled metal framed vehicle that seats 4 vs. lights on a plastic car the you manually push? I’ll take the first AND still call it value based on the features alone. I like it!
I've become a huge fan of yours ! you're amazing !

Looks great
You should put an affiliate link. I think after this video gained momentum, prices went way up. The HG-P802 is just begging for an APC conversion
An affiliate link? I’m not sponsored by the manufacturer and I clearly stated that in the video.

Analog Hummer another great video.
