The stamina these guys have is incredible, I mean a flat out 6 mile run would be taxing on the average person, but to do that whilst swan diving off 2 story buildings and leaping over cars, pillar boxes and people must really take it out on your whole body! These guys were amazing!!!

Between none and lots. The thing with parkour is slowly building up. You're obviously not gonna jump from massive buildings the first week you start training this, just slowly get better and more confident.

I do parkour you do not break your bones that much

Ok lets do it this way. you jump off about 10 m without doing anything when you land and lets ser if your legs are intact

I knew Captain Slow would have had a hard time of it, but I was really impressed by their actually posing atop the building to make sure he noticed them before driving off.
The review of the car (yes, I did take notice of that) was also very well done for the urban driver.
God knows Richard's stuff is on the excitement and Our Host's is sheer bloody power (on the scale of Tool Time), but for people driving in the real world? James May. (Don't even ask what the Stig's is all about!!)
I guess Mr. May didn't know that people who does parkour sometimes climb high buildings for fun.

I'm trying to get into parkour myself, but it's slow going, especially since I live out in the country, so driving to the city to practice, coupled with being generally out of shape, kind of takes away a lot of the zip. :P

Both were represented. The white-shirted one was the flipping acrobatic runner. That's freerunning. The brown-shirted one was more conservative in his jumps and targets, the parkour "puritan" of the pair.

the technique used is called a 'break fall' or 'break roll' and is bloody useful doing that sport.

@tranz2deep In addition, I should note that for the Parkour/Free Runner connoiseurs out there, the performances the men put on indicate one was more acrobatic than the other, so you can cheer over both variation having defeated James.

actually, it was invented for French military training and firemen for use during rescue missions where speed is essential, and obstacles are to be expected.

Parkour and free running is not the same thing.
Parkour is all about moving from one point to another, from A to B, as fast, as efficient and as controlled as possible. Thats why flips and other tricks are considered inefficient and is classed as free running.

I’m sorry but anyone who knows Liverpool, knows that it’s not 6 miles from St John’s beacon to the Liver building.
Trouble with this is the race is to the pier head, but when he does a piece to camera, he is driving away from where he is supposed to be going. Then he is stuck at the lights, but he is heading back into Liverpool centre, going the wrong way .
I took my drivings lessons in that car :D I quite like it!
But sadly, mine didn't came with James May :/

To tell you the truth I would rather have the 206 RC for various reasons. One of them is the looks. I think the 206 looks better than the 207 and one of the other reasons is performance and size. The 206 is small and lightweight and is quite fast. I don't know if anyone else has something else to say about it and prove me wrong but it's my opinion not theirs.
