Purchased IFB AC with assurity for providing good service in Future. Facing issues in AC withing a month and also they are charging extra 899+ gst to claim super waranty of additional 4 years. Complaint regarding AC- Since installation of AC, the indoor unit starts generating too much noise. We complained 6 times but no one visited to resolve the problem and closed the ticket stating that it is resolved (see attached snaps and video). Always closing the tickets without visiting. Sent several emails to resolve but no reaolution. Whatsup help is helpless. As per product catelog, the noise level should be 39Db. Third class service from IFB. Think several times before buying AC from IFB.

Definitely not normal. Provide written complaint or talk to senior technician.

Purchased IFB AC with assurity for providing good service in Future. Facing issues in AC withing a month and also they are charging extra 899+ gst to claim super waranty of additional 4 years.
Complaint regarding AC-
Since installation of AC, the indoor unit starts generating too much noise. We complained 6 times but no one visited to resolve the problem and closed the ticket stating that it is resolved (see attached snaps and video). Always closing the tickets without visiting. Sent several emails to resolve but no reaolution. Whatsup help is helpless.
As per product catelog, the noise level should be 39Db.
Third class service from IFB. Think several times before buying AC from IFB.

dosto IFB ka AC bhulkar bhi mat lena,waise AC ekdam bura nahi hai,lekin iski service itni buri hai ki hadd se jyada, upar se jo extra kharcha hoga jaise wire ka pipe ka wo aose 3 guna extra osula jayega, kyuki hal hi me maine ek AC li hai 1 ton ka jo ki abhi tam 42.000 kharcha ho chuka hai. waise comapny bolta hai 7 air filter lekin AC ke sath ata hai 1 hi baki aapko service ke time kharidna padega. kul mila kr 1 ton ka AC apko 45.000 ka pad jayega

Please dont purchase IFB AC because there are no sufficient service centre and service facilities. I have already purchased IFB 1 Ton AC but I faced so many problems. IFB don't co-operate with customers regarding after sale service.
