The reason why the gungeon mooding community has died down is because modding the gungeon hasn't been officially updated due to the developer going through some personal things lately.
Hey Hutts, did some research, (don't ask me why) but what I found out is that turbo actually overrides the rainbow mod in *all* ways EXCEPT bullet speed, and speed (meaning health is back normal). Rainbow enemies *MAY* still spawn, but chance is reduced. The in game code from rainbow mode collides with turbo and ends up in the mode being a horrid mix of the 2. With the jump in year created, the modes are not applicable with one and other. Even with a lot of experience, this error is unfix-able, unless proper tools are bought and or used. I could try to fix the code if really needed, but this is most likely a lost cause. Sorry for the inconvenience. I hope me or the modding community would be able to fix this in time. Probably not a big deal, so just use one or the other. Just letting u know Hutts, your the reason I kept on playing and modding this game. Ty for all you have done! :D

Hay hurts I have an idea. Your allowed all gun upgrades but only starter you can keep the junk from chests and give yourself a junkin when your having trouble
Challenge Idea: Hitscan Mode At the start of your run, give yourself 10 rocket powered bullets Whenever you encounter a chest, junk it instead and spawn a brown chest. Cannot purchase any items above C tier. Commands: At the start of the run: give rocket_powered_bullets 10 When you encounter a chest: spawn chest brown
Heres a challenge for you on Enter The Gungeon: Reborn In Flames: Make you way to the lich king with only the two guns and kill him. You are only allowed the following items: Pheonix (start with) Unfinished Gun (start with) Clone (start with) Any of the 5 master rounds that you acquire from the bosses Any armour pickups that dont provide passive effects You must go through the Oubliette and the abby of the True gun as well. I recommend this with the Robot character for a true challenge.
I think the gungeon basegame just has SOOOO much that maybe its just not as modded as a simpler smaller game such as isaac. Tho.. imagine a mario themed version of this. Dope~
I have a challenge: Assassin run - At start, give self bloodied_scarf and casey - Only weapons allowed are Blasphemy, Casey (of course), Sling or Bow - Other weapons can be taken if it synergises any weapons above, provided you dont use it
I think that the new enemies that are from advanced gungeons and dragons have x2 speed from the mod and the turbo mode that is why the spider and the cat’s bullets were super fast but what do I know

You have to junk all but the very best chests, no matter what, but as a twist, you have to duck tape all the guns you get. NO GUNS FROM THE SHOP ARE ALLOWED!!! Power ups are fine.
i think gungeon does not have the modding capability of isaac or official support, but that would be cool, really want to see some new items and enemies in the game from a mod you know
You should try this but where you get a rainbow chest at the start and after every second floor you complete, cause otherwise this is basically impossible to fully complete

hutts I have a challenge No dodge rolling Just bind it to select or something dodgy then go bullet because easy mode blasphemy I recommend checking out Clay God's video on it. He also did a run recently which was crazy, but you can check that one out if u want Also this was hilarious! Keep up the awesome content!

Protip: You can break the background objects for a few shells. I usually get ten or so total per floor, which can mean a lot in the long-run
