Recorded live at Brighton, Victoria, Australia during our concert The Etiquette of Dance.
In this concert we performed medieval / High Renaissance, and Renaissance dances, accompanied with period instruments by the Early Music Consort of Melbourne.
Our Masters of Ceremony shared observations regarding the role and etiquette of dance in the life of the Renaissance courtier, as specified by dance masters of the Renaissance Da Piacenza, Ebreo, Arena, Arbeau, Caroso & Negri.
The Courtly Arts Performers of Victoria are an Australian performance group, comprising dancers formerly known as the Ripponlea Renaissance and Baroque dancers, and the Early Music Consort of Melbourne.

@@thecourtlyartsperformers❤️ Ho sempre amato la musica barocca e antica in generale e amo il modo in cui la danzate. 🤔Ci sarà un modo per ricostruire le coreografie, attraverso i dipinti probabilmente è qualche testo scritto penso.😀 Comunque complimenti per l'impegno artistico💖
E poi confesso di amare molto Jane Austen, ma è tutt'altra epoca, e i film tratti dai suoi libri con la scena canonica indispensabile dei balli di gruppo, adorabile🎉

I love Jane Austen too. I've read all her books, and I love the style of dance of that era.
Our dances (renaissance and baroque) are based on the printed choreography of the era, by the original dance masters. The earliest is the work of Domenico da Piacenza c.1460. There is no existing original choreography of medieval dances, so these are arranged by individual groups.
