I'm a doctor in South Africa. And I totally agree with you.. most professionals want you sick, so you can keep coughing up money into their pockets. I had an HBA1C (a type of hemoglobin that's connected to sugar and predicts your risks of diabetes) level of 8 on a Friday, which is a very very very high risk of diabetes.. I took moringa over the weekend, and repeated the test on Monday, my hba1c level was 4.2 which is absolutely amazing...

Warm 8 oz glass of water, put a half a teaspoon in it, stir it, take on an empty stomach first thing, half an hour before breakfast! That's when it really, really works and do that for atleast 4-5 months every morning and then you will notice a difference, well many!!

I been taking it for almost a year.

I was on 80mg of lasics, now off of them.
    My a1c was very high.
    Now it is almost normal.
Hopefully I can get off my blood pressure pills and diabetes medicine very soon.

and other meds my body was in bad shape.

Wow! this dietitian does not say much about Moringa. It actually is one of the very few vegetables that contains all the essential amino acids the body needs - almost no other vegetable can give you all the proteins. Also, it contains many different nutrients in various combinations that allow the body to absorb it efficiently.

I also have Sever arthritis in my hips, shoulders. I have sciatic, I suffer stiffness and pain also in my back. And to be able to work and function during the day at work I try energy drinks, coffee witch it work for a few hours. Since I started to use moringa and amla. All those problems started to vanishing. I have more energy to the point that I come from work and stated to workout with one of my daughters. Obviously it wasn’t so much since it’s been a wile that I don’t do anything. 15 years I went to an specialist for arthritis for my hips al he said to me In less than 2 minutes “have a hip replacement” that’s what is going to take the pain away and walk better” THEY don’t want you to get better all they give you is a lot of prescriptions. But the problem still is there.

I am really surprised by that dietician coming out with the comments she did. Not much available? All you have to do is plant it and it grows like a weed fast! And if you can't grow it there is plenty of supply. And then the comments comparing to spinach were wrong.
I looked into who she is. So she is CEO and Registered Dietician Nutritionist of JTA Wellness. And she has a history in chronic disease management.
You would think someone like this would be very aware of the known benefit responses of people who have made Moringa a lifestyle choice and improved Chronic conditions. Not to mention the incredible vitamin/mineral/protein advantages. The fact that she does the opposite and says it is scarce, and portrays it as 'hype' tells me she has a business to protect. I find that sad because it means you are selling something.
Which then leads to the question: How threatening is Moringa to the Healthcare/ Pharmaceutical Industry? And to let you know I feel I have an investment in patient advocacy, I am a full time Registered Nurse.

Additionally, there's only one pro athlete who has consumed Moringa their entire life... his name is Manny Pacquiao, the 8th time champion boxer. A quick google search will show you that "Malunggay" aka Moringa has always been Pacquiao's secret weapon. He even has a Moringa energy drink in the Philippines!

I think it's just a fantasy which people are sharing just as a fashion one after the other.. I have been on Moringa for the last three months. I regret I have yet to feel any improvement in my daily life. I took it for the following issues.
    Disturbed sleep.
    Body aches
    Fatigue
    Sciatica pain
    Constipation
    Week bones
    Appetite
    Muscular pain
But none of the issue was addressed by Morning. I shall take it for another three months and see whether even after six months it works or it's just junk .

I'm diabetic and it helps my glucose levels stay at bay without taking the big PHARMA poison metformin. Moringa isn't a drug it's a food. It's not going to magically cure you overnight. Also I have found that it works for some and not others. Hope it eventually works for you. I also must add. If you are buying Moringa products from overseas and not local USA. That also plays a huge part in the amount of potency in the product. From overseas the powder could have sat on a warehouse shelf up to 3 years before it made it home to yours. If you can find it farmed locally it's usually just weeks old. There is a huge difference.

I bought a bag of the powder and am committed to taking it once a day. I actually love the taste. I warm up a mug of Almond milk and add the powder with a stevia packet to sweeten. I want to see if this helps my back and feet pain or depression or fatigue that came about after my covid infection 9 months ago. Would be super awesome if it helped the neuropathy too. Anyways, even if I can just get help in one of these areas, I will be so grateful 🙏 oh, and weight loss help would be great too. I hope I remember to do an update.

How do you cite scholarly research than have a doctor come state hey flawed and narrow opinion on the matter? She didn't even cite any research to refute it.

Moringa helped me with my incurable bleeding disorder... and that was the only thing differently I was doing. I live a very regimented life and do the same thing everyday... so when I add something new and it makes a difference I can notice it clearly. Yeah 1/4 cup of moringa, 1 tablespoon of chlorella, a tablespoon of spiralina and 2 tablespoons of sea moss gell a day in my smoothie has made a huge impact in my health and wellness.

For injury and inflammation, make a bark off the moringa trunk, , solid salt and if possible a bit of fresh turmeric. Make a paste and apply. The swelling will be gone.
