V washes and cleanser are not meant to be used in the vagina...only on skin outside and are safe to use everyday . But never ever ever inside, vaginas are self cleaning and if you do notice foul or unusual discharge, see a doctor, do not use a cleanser in the vagina . Rest of the video is really informative.
As for waxing a small tip: you could start from using small size waxing strips on smaller areas on sides . Skin does get used to those sensations and they become more bearable :))

Girls ,yes whisper causes rashes . I will suggest you to use menstural cup . It is life saver girls. You are just gonna LOVE it. Go and plz plz try . It feels weird only when you use it for first and then you gooo girl . I sometimes forget that i am on periods if i am not fronting any pain otherwise it is super to use and even if you guys don't want to use cup then start using sofy (large or xtra large size) whichever you are confortable in . It is supersoft and doesn't cause any rashes or infection but it is less absorbant so you have to chnage in like 3-4 times in a day depending on your flow. 🤸♀🌼

I had issues with whisper and then switched to stay free cotton pads. Also, I am waxing my vaginal area since 3 years🙈 so m happy with that clean and hairfree area for atleast 15-20 days. Btw nice video Simmy😘👍
Whisper is soo bad ..they don't use cotton or mild material on the top .it's almost some net kind of material and it is full on plastic made . Sofy and stayfree are 💯 better and made with soft tissue materials ...

Waxing is painful for once at the time you are doing it..I personally feel better doing waxing down there rather than shaving. I couldn’t handle that irritation of ingrown sharp jagged hairs after shaving…. After doing for the first time, I started suggesting my friends 😂😂to go for it….

I thought I'm the only one who are frustrated with all whisper pads.

Now I'm using a organic pad named Eco by Naty.Which is made by organic cotton and best for the people who have plastic sensitivity like me.
