No offense to any others, but Adore comes from one of the best seasons ever. It had the most singing, sewing, funny, creative, fashionable, charismatic, and quotable group of any other. There were more "star quality" contestants that season. That was my impression of why people talked about it more than most others.
I respect Adore's decision to walk off Drag Race All Stars, she has grown so far beyond that bullshit. Even her close friend Michelle Visage couldnt see it. You rock girl.

It's easy to make a video of a bunch of people getting trashed and wasted in a dark club for a song about partying. But this is art. Taking a traditional child's party and bastardizing it. It's glorious. I love it but to each their own I guess.
My (I'll admit, unqualified) opinion: 1. Adore looks fucking awesome as per usual. 2. It isn't my favourite song on the album but it's fun, light-hearted, and reminiscent of high school parties, which was the goal. 3. Adore likes pop music, and that is plenty enough reason for her to pursue this genre. That said, her album is very versatile so rather than bashing this particular flavour of Adore, go praise the ones you prefer. 4. The video was well-executed according to the spirit of the song, it's about casual partying with friends, obviously it's not gonna be a pompous Katy-Perry-as-an-Egyptian-tyrant-with-an-army-of-dancing-minions kind of video. SHEESH
I get the vibe that Adore has trapped them at her party and won't let them out. Kinda like a Babydoll from Batman: The Animated Series type thing. Just my interpretation tho.
This voice is so above and beyond. This is the voice of a generation who is being held back by mismanagement and denied the beautiful success Danny/Adore deserves.
Well if credentials where necessary to give an opinion than the most of the world would be populated with sheep and robots. Criticism can be helpful as long as the intent isn't to break someone down.
