Why not use consecutive skill for judgment lightning?

Because this skill have a delay when you choose the spe and I found than this delay is dangerous if you take stun or a big attack before your attack

And the consecutive Lightning is possible without spe but when you apply a burn or frost and after you use lighting your damage increase therefore I dont use consecutive for apply that…
