I now own a new Yamaha Tricity 300 just running her in and have done 500 km so far great machine to ride. I took 'it" out of the word Tricity and called her Tricy. My partner calls it James, as the number plate has the number 007.

My daughter drove there a lot and showed me pictures and videos. I'm more for warmer regions (I'm Greek and live in Germany ☺). But I would also be interested in driving through Sweden with my Tricity in summer,.. 🤩 Your "beauty" is probably also very impatient for spring and warmer, sunny days. ☺😉🙏🌞🛵

My very first test ride was with the Tricity and I fell in love with her straight away.😍 But before that, I watched a lot of videos and collected a lot of information from different bloggers here on TH-cam about all three-wheelers of this type. Then I chose Tricity as my first choice... And if you ask me so nicely,... Yes, I'm infinitely happy and I enjoy every second with her..!!! 🤩 I received her on 06/12/21. To date, after 1.5 years, I have driven more than 21,000 km with her, even in wind, rain and bad weather. But no matter what I tell you... What is better for you and what suits you better, you have to find it out and decide for yourself... And the best way to find it out, is to schedule test rides with any three-wheeler candidate that interests you. 😉😊🤞👍
Is this trike any good please . Does it drive and handle OK. Many reviews claim its gutless power wise. I'm not expecting it to be a rocket as its heavy and only has a 300cc engine. For me this bike is the most practical trike as its got plenty of room under the seat for lids and stuff and it also looks the best of the rest.
Well, for me I can honestly say it was the best purchase I've made in years and I've never regretted it, not even for a single minute. In two months it will be two years since I bought the Tricity... And we've already driven more than 24,000 km. Whether in the city, on country roads or on the highway, and also in nice weather, rain, snow or cold (I ride the Tricity all year round),.. Tricity has always gotten me to my destination comfortably and safely.

Optisch finde ich sie ja nicht so dolle aber wenn der Nutzen bei Kälte gut wäre würde ich sie mir dann doch auch dranmachen.
Naja, wenn du mich fragst, werde ich die beiden ungefähr so bewerten (gegen Wind und Regen, sobald du dich bewegst natürlich 😉) Schutz: gegen Kälte -> 0% gegen Wind -> 40 % gegen Regen -> 25 % Show -> 35% Aber ich mag sie trotzdem, ... Ich hätte sie nochmal gekauft,.. 😁
@@gluki32 Yes, as long as your car drive license is from 1994 and if you have done it in Germany/EU, you are allowed to drive it here in Germany, .. (But if you can drive it, I do not know, .. Do you have any experience or training with scooters or motorcycles? ) As far as I know, you are allowed to drive the Tricity 300 with your car drive license in all EU countries (Switzerland is NOT included), but for sure, it is better to ask someone in charge of such matters.
@@gluki32 Before you finally decide to buy, check insurance for quotes. I,ve read that some insurance companies are loading premiums if you ride the Tricity with a car license and not a bike license.
Hi Alex, this phone mount I'm using is a DIY brand, I made one from a combination of two,... My old car navigation system's mount (Becker) and a basic bike mount (Hama),... And it works perfectly...!!! 👍 Maybe next I'll make another video clip with the extras or changes I've made to my Tricity...

It's basically a combination of two different mounts that I combined together. I plan on making a video soon with all the extras I added to it.

Here in Germany you have the right to drive the Tricity 300, as long as you have acquired your car drive license till 2013. 👍
