Here to report that I interviewed for the RC position yesterday and found out today that I got the job! Your videos were tremendously helpful! I literally watched pretty much all of them. Thank you!!!
I watched this video while prepping for my Recruiting Coordinator interview for a contract role within a tech company. I landed the job in July 2021, and got converted to full time in February 2022🎉. I just accepted a job offer for another role within the same company. Thank you for helping me get my foot in the door!
Thank you so much! This was the best video I've watched by far! I have a phone interview for a recruiter position in two days, and I have very little recruiting experience. This helped me out so much. I took notes and I feel way more confident now :)
I have an interview today ! No recruitment or HR background but I hope my transferable skills will help. I passed the screening call and now I am having it with the 2 HR Team leads , that I assume I would support. Fingers crossed 😄
You are a life saver. I just got your 20 questions list. I am obsessed thank you so much. When I get the job for which I am interviewing for tomorrow and I know I will get it because of this video and your questions list, I will buy you a coffee. Thank you so much!
Excellent video, Amri! You did a fantastic job🤩presenting the complete truth and addressing the most important aspects of this job. As a senior RC I wholeheartedly agree with everything you've presented. Kudos!👏 Additionally, other duties in this role may include: - Conducting pre-screening calls, - Checking candidates' language skills, - Obtaining references or conducting background checks, - Managing online assessment tests (often for high-level positions due to the costs associated with such tests), - Managing feedback (sometimes also explaining to a candidate a reason for rejection of his/her application), - Performance reporting, - Maintaining confidentiality for applicants and company-wide (as some hiring managers and their team members may overlook GDPR rules). 😘
This was definitely amazing !!! I've had some of these questions in different interviews and from the way you explained it, I can definitely understand the big mistake that I made. I have an interview today, I am definitely coming bak with updates !! wish me luck.
Hi Amri, I just wanted to let you know that your videos, specifically this one, help me to get the job I wanted (Candidate Experience Coordinator). It was a very intense month with a lot of preparation and effort, and yesterday the company I wanted offered me the job. Thank you so so much! The way you explain things and the examples are great and made really think about the good and bad experiences I had at work from a completely different perspective. Wish you a the best!
Congratulations for securing that role! After a month of hard prep it's really well deserved, and thank you for sharing such great news! I'm really glad the video was helpful, all the best in your new role!

This video is awesome. I can’t thank you enough. I got a job as recruitment coordinator. I watched your video one night prior to my interview. Thankyou again so much😊
Great video, I understand and value to importance of covering the questions and probable unforeseen questions and phrases that may arise. You used the phrase "GT" often during this video, and mention your past experienced during an interview, how you felt not knowing and/or being prepared for knowing certain phases. Your example was for KPI and ATS. I believe that it was important for you to describe what GT is before for you use that term, rather by assuming everyone would know or understand GT (General Task).
