Hi Emma it seems strange seeing your unit empty & from different angles to what we got to see in your vlogs...Ive watched your vidios for quite some time & have seen what beautiful touches you've put on all your rentals & made them your own. How lovely to have the space now.. My hubby & I are lucky enough to own our own home now but it did take an inheritance to help get us there...We are truely Thankful that we dont have to rent now , but we definately did the hard yards over the years so I feel for you & know how hard it is to save for your dream home when so much goes out the door in rent..That day will come ❤ in the mean time do your best with what you have, set your goals, keep Happy & Well xxx

$500 for inner city is such a good price. I had a one-bedder in Sydney's inner west (30 mins from CBD). When i left i was paying $470 and the landlord ended up getting $600 for it. There was nowhere near as much storage and the closest train line (5 min) has now been closed for metro work. Melbourne is stll so much more affordable than Sydney.

That’s pretty good rent. I’m on the Gold Coast and rent is so expensive

Lovely apartment but with your business growing it was clear you had outgrown it. Can’t wait to see more of your new place. ❤❤
