N we are not Tibetan...some tibetan s are there which are called monpas from tawang they are Buddhist. But We don't share anything with tibetan... We are actually mongoloid.... Apatani n adi has the same ancestors.... I. E Abotani.... But our language are totally different too.there are more than 30 ethnic tribe in arunachal with different history, culture tradition n language. Visit pasighat... Oldest town of arunachal Pradesh someday.we are pioneer in shaping modern Arunachal.
