Tony's has a way of making pizza to look and sound SOOOO good and then you buy this kind and that kind and try different ways of fixing it. It smells SOOOO good when in the over. Sometimes even looks good coming out of the oven. You take a bite expecting the best and it's ALWAYS a let down. Every single time!! And the chalupas 😋😋😋
Uh.. isn't the matte side of the aluminum foil the non-stick side? Was wondering why the non-stick side is facing away from the heated food
I have no idea 🤷🏻♀️
@@dianesluxuriesnmore 😅 No worries. As long as the food didn't stick, I suppose that's all that matters
True but thats good to know
Have u tried Gunthers?
Not yet they say its similar to the one in school
Awesome! I love the rectangle pizza that school cafeterias make and serve! ^_^
Yes!!!
Middle school!!
I had this en Elementary in 1990
NOTHING is as good as it use to be. Ill start with dominos pizza . Lol
Definitely 👍🏻 have been ordering that lately
noice
👍🏻
The new ones are reduced fat. That's why they aren't as good.
Yes 👍🏻 these are Tonys smart pizza with fat reduced pepperoni
@@dianesluxuriesnmore I know I wish they still had the ones when I worked in the school cafeteria. They were so yummy!
Yes i was hoping these were the ones but unfortunately theyre not 🥺
the reason is the pizza is nasty becuase it does not got no flavor thats what kids don't understand and listen, alot of people eat the pizza but for me i just throw it in the trash and i know its wasteful i wish all schools should serve us some real food,oh one more thing there is a highschool in Dalls TX ,this will shock you the whole school has bars like bro our elemeantry schools and middle schools should serve us that type of fast food right?
I remember a lot of kids throwing there lunch away 😣
Did they use Conagra pizza? Or was this the only type they used?
Not sure
i had this stuff in elementary school and half the time id get sick. cheese was like plastic, bread like cardboard, and sauce was awful.
Yeah i remember some kids did not like school lunch at all
@@dianesluxuriesnmore middle school wasnt even that bad it was just 5/10 food, so idek what the hell they put in elementary schools
That’s not the pizza that’s Tony’s pizza u can get at any store
Yes I realize that a lil too late lol it is similar to Tonys and totinos
Take warm cheddar cheese and put in the center then fold the pizza in half mmmm
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I folded my pizza too!!!
Are they the ones from the early 2000s?
No There close though
@@dianesluxuriesnmore I disagree
Why not just call your school's cafeteria and ask one of the cooks to give you the brand name of the pizza or the name of the wholesale food supplier? That's what I'm going to do.
That was way back in 1989 i dint think they have the same people working in the cafeteria
@@dianesluxuriesnmore
It doesn't matter if the same cooks are no longer there. I graduated in 1984, but I'm still going to call the cafeteria.
@@dianesluxuriesnmore exactly!!! They will not know..they will probably give you some that's similar but nuthin like those from the 80's..I even search and its always similar pizzas but tastes different
Did you find out the brand?
@@shamlee1980able right just leave us hanging I did find conagra the max sausage breakfast pizza, It looks close to what I remember.
It looks kinda like the school pizza. But just the fact it's Tony's is off putting to me.
So I saw this and got all happy like YES I can order it and then you said Tony's it didn't sink in
Then I saw the box it says Tony's and I'm like well so much for that idea..... NEXT.....
Gonna try some of these make it yourself recipes. The worst one out there is going to be better than Tonys
KOOL
Why did they always serve the pizza with corn??
Mine was served with carrots and ranch
Definitely not the cafeteria pizza , only place you can get it is South Eastern meats
Where is this place located at?
Wish I found this video before ordering a case, because it taste like cardboard. It's nothing like traditional school pizza from the 1980s in North Carolina. My nieces and nephews aren't as picky and will destroy it, so no money lost!
Yes not worth it. It’s the same as the dollar pizza from the grocery store that Tony’s dollar item.
I used to put ketchup on mine
Well, it does have tomato sauce so it should taste good
@@dianesluxuriesnmore no see here's the thing it makes it taste a little bit sweeter and adds a salty pack to its best of both worlds
Totino's Party pizza taste the same to me! Give it a try!
I go grocery shopping this week, I shall try it
How much is it
www.foodservicedirect.com/checkout
$118 right now with shipping we had to pay it like $87 of shipping but now its cheaper not sure why
@@dianesluxuriesnmore thanks for the information
Convection oven or air fryer
Yes I have used the air fryer and It’s ready in 5 or 6 min
That square pizza was fucking gross. You got ripped off trying to relive a bad memory
Its not gross but we did get ripped off its pricey because of the delivery fee
Wooowwww the school pizza??!!?
Yes!!!🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
You forgot Hot Cheetos!
We didn’t have hot Cheetos back then did we? I don’t remember them even existing.
So, they don't come sealed better than that? You would have to seal it yourself to get it to last in the deep freezer. Not sure if I'm convinced this is really the school cafeteria pizza from back then.....
Its similar to the pizza because this one is made with less fat It’s supposed to be healthier
and there not sealed individually or the box its a huge box that we decided to split with other family members
Durka Durka? Lol
We still have this kind
Where?
@@dianesluxuriesnmore columbiana
@@dianesluxuriesnmore Alabama
Lucky.
Same
what else is on the menu from that distributer? even though the crust is not as big and fluffy as i remember; totally gonna look it up right now. TY for sharing :)
