Masculine energy is about drive, focus, purpose, and ambition. It's also about freedom (very important). On the other hand, feminine energy is all about stability, security, nurturing, and focusing on relationships (maintaining relationships and progressing relationships).
If, at any time, a woman feels as though you are more relationship focused than her, she will feel as though something is wrong. She might not know what is wrong on a conscious level, but her unconscious mind is screaming stop. Her brain has put up a red light telling her that you are too relationship focused and acting too feminine. This is why she is getting turned off and is hesitant to move closer to you.

I agree with all the points made especially not hanging around with women. While it might make you appear sociable and easy going person, it will surely make you too available and appear less masculine.
I was always hanging out with women, i slept with a lot of them, they present other female friends etc.. most of women i had it was because of my female friends. But it's temporary guys, because you hurt them, some of them love you and it's complicated. But i think if you have a band of bros, you hang out with them a lot and keep the female friends on the side it's fine.

Nofap is the best thing for increasing your masculine energy. Off course physical exercise, good nutrition, sun and sleep are going to be important factors to the Testosterone levels too. You can't change your energy by just knowing the things in theory. You need an actual physiological shift which will naturally make you think and act from the masculine energy. Totally agree mate. I workout, work hard and stack/invest my doh. I focus on myself but not for women. I find all this concentrating on woman and if I'm masculine or not enough for them draining.

Great video. How does all of your teaching apply to dating narcissistic women? Problem with them is they can't bond properly and don't have empahty and therefore it seems some of these behaviors won't work on them the same. I went out with one that I didn't like in the beginning since she said she's a feminist and into "women's rights". I told her im a masculinist and into men's rights from the begining and she wanted to go out even more. Long story short is that she came on super strong and i liked it and it was alot of sex in the beginning and enjoyed it. Now she has had alot of problems and dialing back the sex and intimacy. After researching further, it's become apparent she is a narcissist and it's the typical pattern of idealize, devalue then discard. Now 6 months in, she just wanted to break up bc i wanted too much sex and i walked away. A few days later she called and asked if we could be friends. I told her i don't have female friends and don't want her coming into my business. She was shocked and said it was mean. That's where it is now and know i should just move on. Only thing that keeps me interested in going around again is the sex unfortunately. Think i'm answering my own question but would ask should i walk away with any conditions?

The masculinity embodied vs anything else should be an overwhelming majority,
4:1 or something similar otherwise women and other men may take it as you sending mixed signals.
So i was chatting with this girl for a while now. She messaged me and i replieda week later cause i was not paying attention to the work phone while i was on sick leave and our last conversation was a week ago. I told her that i was sick that week and didnt saw the message and replied to her question and asked in return a question back. Then i didnt got a reply for 3 Weeks andi almost moved on from this. Her reply was an answer to my question and no explanation why it took her so long. I replied to her answer and asked why she didnt reply for 3 Weeks ? Now she isnt replying for almost a week.
Any advice
Rookie mistake, never ask why they didn't answer. You must always play it cool with women. I just continue chatting as if nothing has happened and they love it, I know because they always reply back.
This way you show them that you're 100% in control
About the advice 😅 just write her back, one more time. Casual as if nothing has happened.

IMO, Girls tend to do those things which we say we don't like. Don't give a damn about the ex and that matter will not bother your relationship. If at all she ends up cheating, then you'd anyway walk away. But, in general females do get a lot of attention that doesn't mean you should worry about all of it. Lastly, let her come back to you. Don't reach out to her...

The agenda against masculinity is getting ridiculous. I've seen many beautiful women with feminine men. They don't look too happy though.
Greatest opportunity for us. I'm pro feminist, I'm pro successful women, I'm all for that liberal shit, and it also makes the competition a HELL of alot smaller when you also get to be masculine and get what you want. Makes sense for exes to communicate occasionally due to things like possessions still at their place. But there is a limit. Otherwise her actions suggest she still has significant interest in the ex.
