well yeah. It's called east asian cajun food in the title for a reason. vietnamese cajun seafood is in its own category from all the viets who came over post vietnam war and worked all the shrimp boats in Louisiana. they mixed their own culture with that of Cajun cuisine.

U guys should try house of Crawfish in Santa Ana California when crawfish are in season usually March-August. Best crawfish I know of.

When I was young we used to eat smelts. Small fish a bit larger than a sardine, breaded and fried. They were delicious! I think they should be given a second life.
