Suspect that she was more worried about not knowing how to care for a dog properly. She'd never had one before and she takes her responsibilities very seriously. The woman had a centipede rescued from the kitchen sink for pete sakes! She cares deeply.
@@crae3422 dogs are a lot of work but if you have the time it’s very easy. She’s a pet mom at heart. Lancelot melted the heart. Everything is easy when love is involved
@@CarolChillsCasually I'm betting time was a consideration given how much Stephanie travels and not wanting to leave a dog behnd all the time. They lucked out with Lancelot being such a good traveller and Marie taking such good care of him when Lancelot could not travel with them. And no, love does not always make things easier. Sorry.

Was thinking about a much loved chid being in and out of hospital for years and the fight for their life. There was nothing easy about it but love is why the fight for them continued. Love can give us courage to face what seems and is overwhelming. And now i will shut up and instead concentrate on the delight that is Lanceleot and the Lalanders. Thanks for putting up with me.

When I think of chateaux, I always think you and all the fun you had together. Please keep him safe. We need more Michael in our lives. You found the most pergect chandeliers for the chapel. I hope somehow the world will get a birds eye view when finished. I am always just godsmacked at beautiful it is. Wonderful to see Dan and Nick at his happiest. 😊 thank you. 🫠
WOW, just WOW!!! Those chandeliers are gorgeous. So perfect for the chapel. It's just going to sparkle in there! And the extra treat of seeing Michael. They ever elusive Michael! It was nice seeing a lot of the gang all together, getting a look at all the floors. It's just so exciting opening you tube and seeing that Chateau coming back together. And Marie out did her self again, cooking beautiful food for everyone. Every day I am excited to watch, your chateau and chapel getting rebuilt, and the Pethericks Chateau and the convent getting rebuilt, and Dan's chateau rebuilt, and a lot of others. There's Michael's sister Sadie and her channel, and Michael's brother Billy and all the gang there. It's all like one big family over in France rebuilding France, one Chateau at a time!

I don’t really think a border collie would be suitable at Lalande although they are my favourite dog and l have had three.
Lancelot works as a handbag dog but a collie wouldn’t work; maybe for Kirstie or Ombeline?
