love your channel bro, just curious about one thing, how did you learned how to integrate your automations in make or voiceflow into the software that your clients use?
It’s usually done through APIs, and I have a dev team that helps me.
Eugene, also thank you for putting the time to document REAL examples. I've been trying Flowise and Vectorshift and Voiceflow looks more mature. Any comparative experience you can share? Are you happy with Voiceflow's past support and future roadmap?
Voiceflow dudes are awesome. They have great Discord, and good support.
They are the most mature. I wouldn’t recommend to use flowise… Obviously it can do differ things since it’s open source and kinda low code, but almost anything can be achieved with Voiceflow.
Vectorshift is great, but they are super new. They have some interesting things that Voiceflow doesn’t, like native llm integrations, but it can be also done in vf

Can you explain the reason for using AI Set to determine 1,2,3 - as opposed to just using Voiceflow's Intents function to do the same thing?
Well, I honestly don’t trust intents.
Or it’s more because I want to have 100% control on what is going on on a canvas rather give the leverage to intents.
3:19 you probably should censor this part. There are email addresses, names and conversation details visible. I like the transparency in your video, but your clients might not like that their email is put on youtube a potential cold lead email.
Well… yeah, maybe. All of the emails are still in public databases for cold emails, but yes.

In the API step, I noticed that you didn’t set the "max tokens" parameter. Is that optional, or was there a specific reason for leaving it out?
I honestly do not remember. But I always try to make it higher to get bigger responses
I hope you changed those api keys that you showed, or someone will run up your bill...or otherwise mess with you.

Yes, so let’s say you can create an automation in make that will be trigger on new update of the sheet and will send API call to the knowledge base with update
