Two cloves of garlic A slice of garlic ( size of garlic ) Two teaspoons roasted channa dal A pinch of salt Add some oil in a pan. , rost one by one , chilli , then garlic then Ginger ..add all ingredients including salt in a mixie jar add water a little and then grind Give tadka , if u like or just have it without tadka ... chutney ready
Bangalore Dosa are different than Tamilnadu and Andhra Pradesh, Bangalore dosa come with many varieties like , Khali dosa which is very plain which is think and soft, Utappa which is onion stuffed which is thicker, Masala dosa come with custom made masala and Potato masala, It is outside Crispy inside soft and many other, you can get more than 25 varieties of dosas in various places. Bangalore dosa you won't get outside Karnataka. Bangalore Breakfast there is no match! which is pure Veg!

TamilNadu is famous for idlis, vada and all types of dosas. You will see the difference between authentic cuisine in TamilNadu and the same dishes in other states. Places like Karnataka, Andra you might find a lot of gud (jaggery) in your sambar unlike what you get in TamilNadu..but they are famous for other cuisines. Karnataka dosa is always the benchmark.
