खलिस्तानवादी अतिरेकी गुरपतवंतसिंग पन्नू याचे प्रकरण पुन्हा एकदा चर्चेत आले आहे. भारताची गुप्तचर संस्था रॉच्या अधिकाऱ्यानी अमेरिकेतील खलिस्तानी अतिरेकी गुरपतवंतसिंग पन्नू याच्या हत्येचा कट रचल्याचा आरोप वॉशिंग्टन पोस्टने केला होता. यावर विषयावर दोन्ही देशात चर्चा चालू होती. या चर्चेननंतर युनायटेड स्टेट्सने स्पष्ट केले आहे की, the individual, a former RAW officer identified as 'CC1' in the Department of Justice (DOJ) indictment, who was allegedly involved in the failed plot to kill Sikh separatist leader Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, is "no longer an employee of the Indian government." म्हणजेच अमेरिकेने या अधिकाऱ्याचा उल्लेख त्यांच्या आरोपत्रात CC1 असा केला होता.
मात्र, ज्या रॉच्या अधिकाऱ्याने निखिल गुप्ताला पन्नूच्या हत्येची सुपारी दिली, तो अधिकारी आता भारत सरकारचा कर्मचारी नसल्याचे भारत आणि अमेरिकेकडून स्पष्ट करण्यात आलं आहे. हा CC १ म्हून उल्लेख असलेला व्यक्ती आहे विक्रम यादव, याने पन्नू याला मारण्याची सुपारी एका निखिल नामक व्यक्तीला दिली होती. निखिल आधीपासूनच अटकेत आहे आता विक्रम यादव यालासुद्धा अटक करण्यात आलेली आहे. कोण आहे विक्रम यादव ? काय केलय त्याने, काय झालय ? गुरपतवंतसिंग पन्नू कोण आहे हि सर्व माहिती आज घेऊयात.
