Academia missed the boat on this 40 years ago. Now every single mycologist has dreadlocks and praise to mushroom altars. This is really getting ridiculous. Mushrooms are the fundamental source of all life, yet we treat it like some college freshmen's project. These fungi need to be respected, not tossed away into the social fringes of society.
