She immediately realized she messed up and unplugged the computer quickly to try to minimize the damage. Thank you, Pleasant Green, for making this video to help spread awareness of these scams, and all your others for other kinds.
Thats why I bought an Epson Ecotank for $200 you can buy the printer. The refills you can pay about $60 for half liter bottles that will last most people many years instead of a month or two if you are lucky. The printer also does a pretty fair job of printing photos just as cheap or cheaper as you would at walmart or target
@@theborg2638 While I know you were joking but sadly there are a lot of people that actually do this. I used to work retail and sold printers all the time and we would have people come in to buy ink, see the stupid amount they were charging for it, and proceed to buy a new printer and use the ink that came with it instead of buying ink for their current printer. The only issue with that is that the ink carts that the printers come usually only has around 10% volume of the actual carts. Would try to tell people this and they would still just buy a new printer anyways instead of buying a remanufactured cart or in some cases getting theirs refilled.

Inkjets are scammy and unreliable by design. So when I worked at a computer shop, I always recommended a laser printer for anyone looking to churn out a serious amount of pages.
I don't consider this one a scam, more like a complete rip off, a very expensive service that you could have done yourself. It's like if you're in a busy area and you're trying to find a place to park so you and your date can go eat at a fancy place. Do you want to spend possibly hours trying to find a parking spot that may be a 30 minute walk from the restaurant or would you rather just pay $20 for valet and have someone else take care of it? If some really doesn't know how to fix their printer, then yeah someone can just be nice and tell them how to do it for free, but someone else can also go and charge $400 for it. This "scammer" at least still fixes the problem and the person being "scammed" can afford the $400, so not technically a scam. People buy way, way, way overpriced goods and services ALL THE TIME.

You made the scammer 💩 his pants instead of 💩’ing in the street. Good job.
Hate the scammer not the people, don't be racist, you're better than that I guess
Wow you are a saint. I love how you contacted the the people getting scammed. Cheers from Australia.
Thank you for the videos and work that goes into them 👍👍
Wonderful colab with ModderPaul! Knowledge is power!!!Thanks guys!😃
I called into one of these call centers before by mistake and was lucky enough to smell out their BS.
Glad you made a video on this
A rare scam that barely anyone talks about
I'm not asking you for money 🤣🤣
This guy is my hero! What I would give to learn how to mess with scammers like this! I have gained so much more knowledge since discovering his work. Thank you ❤
Scammers are using printers now to scam lol. The video was really good. Thank you Pleasent Green
Another Serb bro working with you? Holy shit, nice!
Didn't expect that. We love watching you and other scambaiters here in Serbia. :)
Cheers!
Nicely Done! 👏... 🌻
🙏
Another day, another banger form Pleasent Green! :D
1st handsome gold plaque you have on the wall
Looks good eh?
@@PleasantGreen yes it does
Love your delivery. You're the best !!
can we have a popcorn NFT update? how many are you on?
I’ve slowed down a bit. Probably around 50? But John Wick 4 is out so it’s about to be 51!
So sorry I've missed the premier. Great video, now I know what to look for. Love the jump scare on this guy. And I would love to see more of it in future videos. Keep up the great job.
Fun fact: all printer companies are also scamming people.
Ahh, nuts. I could only thumbs up once.
No, they're not
Planned aging and expensive supplies is standard.
The only thing is that when Pleasant Green posts a video, then here I am.
As a linux user this video makes me laugh, even i don't know what class of black magic devs use for almost anything working out of the box
Here we go with the linux users announcing they are linux users.
I love the added jump scare😂😂
TY for helping so many people. I didn't even know this scam existed.
“Hi my canon isn’t working”
“Did you try loading the canon ball into it first?”
Lol
In a heavily corrupted country , I don't think these guys will listen to your advice "Offer honest service". Because why do they need to worry abt the police when they can bribe for next to nothing?
Ahahahaha, that jump scare was great
Moment of silence, **disconnected noise**
Inkjets are scammy and unreliable by design. So when I worked at a computer shop, I always recommended a laser printer for anyone looking to churn out a serious amount of pages.
This is great you're teaching ppl and scaring scammers at the same time
That scream almost made me cry. Cry of laughter that is 😂
Is it just me or does it feel like a godsend when Pleasant green uploads
