Just got back from the show, and it was an epic night. Tool were absolutely on fire, and played an excellent set list front to back, of a surprisingly modern set of songs. As one could expect, having seen a Tool show before, not only was the band exhaustively tight, but the show was drenched in mesmerizing videography and visual flair.

IMO Pneuma is not only Tools best song.. But could be the best song I have ever heard...Seeing this live sends chills down your spine.
And it is also a high dense spiritual piece. The lyrics is a flow of higher realm. I was listening to it every morning as a spiritual ritual to get free from body and wake the inner child up.

This was my first TOOL show, and it totally blew me away, far beyond expectations I didn't even know that I had. The set list was perfect for me. Descending and Rosetta Stoned were some of the stand out moments for me. I brought my partner who is a true music appreciator but not necessarily a TOOL fan. Needless to say now she is! Hahaha! Even though you were being a bit naughty getting these vids, I am grateful for your success in acquiring this footage. 93
Was there, sick show, Swamp Song was a real surprise and Aenima to finish was awesome. Nice upload!

That honor goes to the Lateralus tour, 2001-2002. The Fear tour is up there though absolutely. Saw them 3X on this tour. 4th and 5th times coming up in January. Tool is spectacular 🔥🤘

Glad you had an amazing time. Tool shows are an incredible experience. My favourite band, favorite live performances, and favorite audio/visual. I wish they would release a proper live 4K blu ray disc.

The coolest thing is seeing parts of songs, you'd swear Adam Jones was playing, but it was Chancellor all along. It's fucking amazing. I play guitar and play a TON of Tool songs, but I pay A LOT more attention to the bass when watching them. Justin Chancellor is ultra unique. That Super D Chord he plays is fucking mental! I love it
I enjoy watching from the stands personally, but I’d imagine floor is still awesome on this tour. Everything has seating, no mosh pit. But the screens are huge and likely viewable from anywhere in the arena.

The Patient is not a song they play often. I heard it in 2001, 2002 and 2022. It’s a beautiful song and a real treat to hear live 🤘🔥

@@justkilledit21exactly. As soon as I saw it I knew I had to go. I called my best friend and got the tickets. We couldn't wait for anyone else. They were all being indecisive. I wish all my friends gkt to experience it but that's their loss. Definitely one of the best night of my life.

Im looking forward to seeing them in a few weeks. However the closer it gets the more im worried they wont live up to the hype. For example while growing up I liked STYX. I finally got to see them as an adult. Sadly it was the most lazy, phoned in excuse for a rock concert I've ever seen.

I had front row VIP tix to the show in Eugene and nose bleeds two nights later in Portland. Both nights were incredible and unforgettable. You will be blown away...
@@rubaidaallen2764I'm sure your right. One of my coworkers is going to see them multiple times on this tour. I think the issue is the cost of the ticket plus a hotel room because I don't feel comfortable driving the path I need to go at night. Plus I lost a friend because they heard people do heavy drugs at their concerts and they think I'm going to give into peer pressure yada yada.

Tool is always great live, but if you go into the show telling yourself you will be disappointed, that will set you up for even more of a surprise. Hope you have fun!
