So much jargon, doesn't break any of these terms down or explain in them in a more digestable way, makes it incredibly hard to listen to. Good educators are highly intelligent people that know how to share their knowledge in ways that are easy for most to understand.
He said that LDL rising is a response to inflammation in the body, my question is that is LDL rising from saturated fats caused from saturated fats creating an inflammatory response?
Just goes to show the importance of food choice. Sure calories in calories out are a factor but nutrient profiles of foods cannot be ignored. Since switching to whole foods I’ve seen significantly better gym progress, energy and overall focus/mental clarity 🤷♂️

I already eat very well ofc, and take betaine with three meals and take revive liver supplement, I do also have low iron so I take a supplement for that any other suggestions to help with any leaky gut, bloating stuff
