      lol actually I’m shocked how little Phil actually knows after this interview. He made numerous false claims, e.g. GH 30 minutes before cardio is totally ineffective, it takes at least 2-3 hours (i.m.) to reach peak serum levels (s.c. 4-5 hours). Also his knowledge is extremely superficial and whenever the interviewer tries to go deeper, he simply states “Oh I know, but its so complex I don’t want to confuse the listeners”. You could see this is just a lie when Sebastian tried again regarding the mechanisms behind GH and lipolisys and Phil totally shit the bed…

      @@yt-bur3469I’ll address. Anyone who has taken GH and played with BG and such knows differently. I wasn’t lookin for peak serum I was looking for lipolysis. And I avoided the complexities because they literally asked me before the podcast NOT to do that and confuse everyone 🙃 the more you know…. 😉 so I was honest in that going into the mechanisms wouldn’t have taught viewers without a base education anything. Hope this helps 😊

    I used insulin personally BEFORE 16yrs of medicine & Endo training. Now as a coach, I carefully choose who to use it on, they have to have a certain level of development & bf% 1st. Then there’s rare clients who truly need it (regardless of bf%) bc of IR.

    The timing for GH administration specifically for the purpose of hyperplasia or bulking wasn’t clear. Something about taking it pre-workout or post workout but avoiding it around meals? This brings up the question: is it more important than getting in those nutrients post workout? Not sure how you would structure the Administration around feeding, especially since we are taking intra- workout carbs…

    Last thing very true about insulin making u more sensitive bcuz when I. Came off after getting so big I got scared and came off of everything me and my girlfriend was laughing..but the way I absorb carbs was even better when I was off it’s crazy I took lantus for 5 weeks and put on 32 pounds

    Kudos to Phil for having the balls to call out Palumbo for selling fake GH. Of course Palumbo knew it was fake. I heard from a good source (a top Canadian Pro at the time) was a good friend of mine who said that Palumbo actually made the fake kits.

    GH burns fat by suppressing insulin production therefore increasing free fatty acid mobilization. GH and insulin both increase IGF. That’s why they are used in combo. Taking GH lowers insulin so taking insulin and GH with food means glucose won’t get so high.

      Since you wrote this twice you seem to really want a response so here. They asked me to keep things simple and not confuse people prior. And I didn’t know the answer deeply enough to simplify for people without base education. And I said just that. With GH I was looking for lipolysis not peak serum. Surprised someone so knowledgable wouldn’t realize that. You should do your own show and educate us. Or post under your identity and maybe we can debate 🙃 ty for your feedback

Furthermore if you would know about the serum levels, you could explain the affect on blood sugar as well, not deliver bs guesswork like "well for some it spikes for me it drops".. i value your experience and anecdotes though, but just say you don't know and frankly don't care, nothing wrong with that. Even meadows said he didn"t know why some things worked, but they just did.

    Im wondering if there is any lead way in finding a way to offset carpaltunnel side effect from gh, i have carpaltunnel already an if i pass 3 iu's gh it gets so painful that i cannot sleep n if takin in the day i cannot hold a trowel ......its so godam bad n im sure im not the only one.
    I would love to hear any theories on this
