    Good video!!! This guys knows what he is talking about!! I feel like a lot of people get incorrect advice from these other deadlifting videos. I’m glad to have come across this one!

    Even when demonstrating means love their egos so much they can show us properly he said quad dominate and this guy uses his back to lift he did keep and straight back and bend the knee etc... but he still lifted with his back a if you lifting with the legs first is gonna be extremely hard

    So basicall in order to use your legs, the knees must be way over the bar.

    Im 16.
    i can use legs.I did it 1 time for 180kg with terrible form
    i can 150 with my back pull only.I will try this tip.
