Do you let it sink as far as it can? Curious because i do, there isn't much information about the sinking bench on TH-cam.
Thanks for explaining EMOM
You slur your words so much this is horrible
Im so confused
Say you have to do 5 sets of push ups, with every set having 5 reps. Each set has to be done within 1 minute. So, that will be 5 minutes in total for your 5 sets. If you complete your first 5 reps in 10 seconds, you can rest for the remaining 50 seconds, before the next minute starts. If you complete them in 30 seconds, you rest for 30. And so on.
Thank you sir
Super great video.
so, for example. 1st minute I do 10 reps push ups, let's say it takes 15s, rest for the 45s remaining? and repeat on 2nd minute?
Ye exactly
Super helpful! I’ve been doing it the first way and was wondering why my backs been hurting. Thank you!
Even when demonstrating means love their egos so much they can show us properly he said quad dominate and this guy uses his back to lift he did keep and straight back and bend the knee etc... but he still lifted with his back a if you lifting with the legs first is gonna be extremely hard
Good bye skin on my shins lol
So basicall in order to use your legs, the knees must be way over the bar.
Good video!!! This guys knows what he is talking about!! I feel like a lot of people get incorrect advice from these other deadlifting videos. I’m glad to have come across this one!
Im 16. i can use legs.I did it 1 time for 180kg with terrible form i can 150 with my back pull only.I will try this tip.
sam is it you
And they train at the same gym!
Should i suck my stomach in or push it against the belt during a lift?
Hey Ishtiak, I'm one of the RCA coaches. You should be pushing your stomach out against the belt, but also the sides.
would you expand the backside aka the lowerback as well?
Yeah absolutely. Our recommendation would be to expand the belt across all directions as that will provide the most support, and limit any excessive pressure to one side
Excellent and helpful ! Though if you could speak bit slower and give more attention to speak clearly then people across the globe could understand you well 👌👌.
What's "in tents cardio"? How big of a tent do I need??? Plz Help!
