Hi, I have one question. If the casualty is unresponsive, not breathing and has a severe arterial bleeding at the same time. What should I do first, CPR or manage the bleeding ?
Khalid Alaudin if the person is not breathing you do CPR it’s life over limb and you can get someone to help you whistle you doing crap and the other controls the bleeding by putting pressure on the open wound and then call for the EMS

It´s nessesary to stop the bleeding first, because when you start pumping chest, you will pump out the blood.
