Mate.. 2039 is very far away. Why not earlier? I think by then, Emirates would retire A380s and they will only be flying 777, 787 and A350s for long distance flights. I am sure you will have a great experience with Emirates. Best of luck.

Did you upgrade or did you buy outright
@@dhanikemp It was a Business class ticket. Unfortunately, i have tried upgrading at the counter in the past for other flights but never been lucky. So i prefer to buy outright tickets.

@@MaddyMelbourneWalaI’m actually going on my first international flight to Dubai from Sydney and thinking I upgrade by app because it’s cheaper with no lounge and no driver but still same experience
@@dhanikemp honestly, the lounge at Sydney airport wasn't really that great. You can see in the vlog that the lounge feels very old. Also, my friend dropped me so i didn't need the driver. Good luck with the upgrade. Even if you get successful in Premium Economy, go for it as it has a very nice vibe too.
@@MaddyMelbourneWalaI’ll update you with the upgrade! Yes I’ll be lucky with premium economy to my trick is upgrade atleast 48 hours before the flight when they email you asking if you want to upgrade it’s cheaper and better!
