Anna can you please explain when to use den or de ?? Does it have to do with the first letter of the following word? Also i am looking for someone to speak Greek with. Perfect situation would be if it would be someone who wants to learn Dutch or even English. Any tips on where to find someone? .. Greetings from Holland xxx Juliette
Thank you for your question! Yes, δεν / δε usage depends on the first letter of the following word (similar to the article την /τη). We ALWAYS use την / δεν in front of all the vowels [a, e, I, o, u] as well as κ, π, τ, ξ, ψ, μπ, ντ, γκ. For your speaking practice I’d definitely recommend using the application Tandem, you can find many people there 🙌 Good luck 🍀
@@AnnatheGreekteacher wow thank you so much for your very clear answer. Really helpful .. writing it down right away.. Also i will look into Tandem, never heard of it before. i wrote down your email have some questions about the lessons you do online.. Have a lovely weekend xxx
@@AnnatheGreekteacher Thank you , my weekend was good and hope you had a good one too. I came back to thank you for telling me about Tandem. What a great app. I already have made some contacts with Greek people. A couple of them live in Holland and want to learn Dutch and a couple of them live in Greece. People are all very helpful and also have Dutch on their learning list. For me it's very nice to be able to give back to them by 'teaching' my language also. Not only that but it's a nice way to get to know people. I am sure i will learn a lot there and i am very thankful to you. In a couple of months i will contact you for online lessons. Money is tight right now and so i will have to learn on here and on duolingo. Have a wonderful week Anna xxx Greetings from Holland xxx Juliette
I'm so happy to hear that! Way to go, enjoy this app and many nice people there :) good luck with your studies if you have any questions you can always ask! For me it will be an extra motivation to film something useful :)
Anna your video helps me a lot in learning Greek. Why did you stop making videos?
I’m so glad to hear that! I took a break from videos due to my workload, but I’m hoping to be back right after Greek exams in May! 🔜🙌

I have a question can you give me or is there the numerical value of this name
Ἀπολλύων
Why does the ú sounds like v?
Due to the letter combination! ΑΥ and ΕΥ sound like AF / AV and EF / EV accordingly. You might want to check my videos about it 🙌
@@AnnatheGreekteacher will do. Ευχαριστώ
