For that scenery to run in the background will take a lot of memory and interior for the device to be active. Possibly in the future, Clash of Clans will not be running on "Mobile" because if they are planning to make more cool sht to the game. Keep Clashing mother fckers!!
They currently use Objective C.. they will just shift the codebase of cosmetics to C++ and it will reduce the game size by miles.. it is as simple as that... let the developers do their job and keep clashing
