Some good taste in that list. I wonder how much he charges. Probably a thousand pounds. It's outrageous! A thousand pounds just to watch old programmes?
Pingu speaks Finnish! 👏🏻👏🏻 Good one. I have to applaud Dodie for that. Pingu does not speak any extant language, though, as a native Finn, I can hear the phonetic resemblance to a Finnish-Swede toddler talk. It’s really nonsense but one can hear the syllables that could potentially form distinguishable words of either language. So, good one Dodie.
I always assumed it was like the Clangers where there was actually a script that the sounds were supposed to be representing which made it sound more real somehow.
Mabaloong Dookie: Hey! Me too! Good times! My mum made me a Jake costume. I still have the photos. The accuracy of the costume was both impressive and terrifying, hah. No child should be allowed out of the house wearing that, hah. Every detail.
Anyone remember Space Pirates, Trapped, That Jungle run show, Total Wipeout, Oswald, Christopher the crocodile, Bear in the big blue house, Fort Boyard?
May I ruin your life... Ok so auntie Mabel from Come Outside was the same actress as the scary lips lady from trapped. Those words actually send chills down my spine I'm not gonna lie
The Chuckle Brothers were from Rotherham, near Sheffield. It's quite distinct is the accent.....says a gent who only lives about 30 miles north of there!
They sure are! I remember when Barry passed away and his funeral at Rotherham Cathedral in the town centre was HUGE! I ended up having to work it as security, it was such a big deal in the area that people were literally trying to break in to the cathedral the night before to hide so they could attend.
Funnily enough, even though it's set in Rotheram, most of the episodes were filmed in Watford, where I grew up. I even saw them filming in the park behind my house one time.
Dick and Dom were the best and how everyone as a little kid would copy them and play bogies in primary school! ( if you’re not English that’ll sound wierd...) xD
One time in my school someone started singing the 64 Zoo Lane theme tune and everyone else joined in because we all knew it. There was nothing that the teacher could do
I know this video is so old but I remembered “Come outside” the other day and my favourite ever line from it was “Can you see your poo in there Pipin” I used to record it and play it over and over 🤣
@@greythomas6199 They've tried to pander to the kids with absaloutely no success. The moment I gave up on Horrible Histories was when they made Prince Albert do "Take the L"

Timothy Goes To School, Charlie and Lola, Deadtime Stories and Grizzly Tales for Gruesome Kids. They were my childhood. I loved CITV. Does anyone remember Jungle Run and Trapped? Oh Come Outside! The one where her house burned down in a chip pan fire and she almost died and the dog got lost in a building site and her plane almost crashed and.... Uhhh. Yeah. It was great for children.
Horrible histories has won awards for it's historical accuracy... really. Also, you missed Bob the Builder. Also, not sure if these were on when you were kids, but what about Dangermouse & Count Duckula? I think Evan would like those, they were loaded with puns... kinda pun-ishing 😋
Scooby-Doo was literally my life I had the DVD’s the video games I literally watched every episode until they re-released it with different animation/cartoons and even though I’m 15 I can still find and download the old episodes 😅
WiseGirl127 its a shame they made it into a completely different show nowadays. It just went downhill from mystery incorporated in my opinion. The old ones were the best

THE S CLUB 7 TV SHOW!!!
I could go on forever. ..
Some good taste in that list.
I wonder how much he charges. Probably a thousand pounds.
It's outrageous! A thousand pounds just to watch old programmes?
The Demon Headmaster!!
oh my god I'd forgotten about the shiny show XD
Clangers yes
They rebooted The Clangers btw
*childhood nostalgia punches me in the face*
Ikr
OMG high five!
+Moon Batkhishig YEEEES!
Who remembers Clifford the big red dog😱 had that on video and barney and the wiggles too
Michael Clifford the big red dog
I had a piano and when you press a certain key a character pops up
OMG THE WIGGLES :D wiggles=luv, wiggles=lyf ❤️
People literally call me Clifford the Big Red Dog because of my surname
And Bear in the Big Blue House?! I'd have some sort of nostalgia seizure if I heard all the theme songs from my childhood shows
Pingu speaks Finnish! 👏🏻👏🏻
Good one.
I can tell that Dodie is a couple of years younger than me, because some of those were "baby" shows
Yeah same. A lot of these were things my little sister would watch.
I went to a Tweenies concert as a kid and honestly it was the peak of my childhood
Mabaloong Dookie: Hey! Me too! Good times! My mum made me a Jake costume. I still have the photos. The accuracy of the costume was both impressive and terrifying, hah. No child should be allowed out of the house wearing that, hah. Every detail.
Same!
Mabaloong Dookie Same! I didn’t understand why I couldn’t go on stage and dance with them😂
the nursery I went to had a tweenies room for the younger kids and snack time
Anyone remember Space Pirates, Trapped, That Jungle run show, Total Wipeout, Oswald, Christopher the crocodile, Bear in the big blue house, Fort Boyard?
The UK Champ
Fort boyard ♥️
May I ruin your life... Ok so auntie Mabel from Come Outside was the same actress as the scary lips lady from trapped. Those words actually send chills down my spine I'm not gonna lie
I wanted to be on Jungle Run, Total Wipeout, Escape From Scorpion Island and Raven sooooooooo bad as a kid XD
The UK Champ fort boyard was my literal life
The UK Champ aa

Kate Noble I know ahaha my dad use to shout boogies I'm tesco
Boooooooogies
I'm in year 11 and people still play bogies
YASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
OMG i got told off so much for that but i did not care
One time in maths someone started singing the 64 Zoo Lane theme tune and got and hour after school for it 😂😂😂
One time in my school someone started singing the 64 Zoo Lane theme tune and everyone else joined in because we all knew it. There was nothing that the teacher could do
When dodie mention art attack I had war flashbacks.
I know this video is so old but I remembered “Come outside” the other day and my favourite ever line from it was “Can you see your poo in there Pipin” I used to record it and play it over and over 🤣
Horrible Histories is still brilliant! It is the greatest show ever!!!!
Molly Shaw yess
It's not they ruined it with the different cast
It's entertaining and useful
Dick Turpin is still iconic 😍🖤
@@greythomas6199 They've tried to pander to the kids with absaloutely no success. The moment I gave up on Horrible Histories was when they made Prince Albert do "Take the L"

Horrible histories has won awards for it's historical accuracy... really.
Also, you missed Bob the Builder.
