- Hi, Tim Smith, Coldwell Banker Previews International. Today, we're going to preview one of my favorite homes on California's coastline. Welcome to 992 Ocean Front in Laguna Beach, California. The home measures 4,400 square feet, 3 bedroom, 4 and 1/2 bath, and whitewater views from almost every turn. It's clean, it's sexy, and offers the ultimate in Southern California lifestyle.
