- Hope everyone is having a great Saturday! Recently we ended up venturing into Mountain Bike Trail riding. We did a collaboration with Darrian From Bike Hub TT on Instagram and he introduced us to the extreme sport. From then on we knew we had to get our own bikes because we immediately fell in love with the sport. It's just like hiking , but with a bike! MTB Trail riding is so much fun and has great benefits, such as maintaining a healthy heart and keeping you away from cardiovascular diseases and it helps you to drastically drop body fat and contributes to your whole mental, physical wellbeing, and that's just to name a few!! Today we went up to Caura River and El Tucouch for a Ride and curry lime with the MTB Tribe. MTB Tribe is a group of riders who frequent the trails here in Chaguaramas Trinidad. We happen to stumble across each other and they took us in under their wing and welcomed us into their Tribe!! We can only speak great things about the Tribe and how supportive and encouraging the members are. Hope you guys enjoy this ride/hike/river lime and appreciate the stunning views of our island, from its vast mountain range to its crystal clear river waters. I am not sure but I believe I saw Lovie in front the cycling pack as I was driving into Macqueripe on Wednesday (10/4/2024)-the Eid holiday, just after 10:00 a.m. Kindly confirm and if so, looking forward to seeing any video arising out of that trip. Hoping to catch up with you all at some point.

Happy to hear. Boy it's one of the guys that know it. We have no idea. But it's literally on the road to caura on the left had side . The start of the trail and it's preddy straight forward from there but super long lol
