A few months ago I got a set of 10mm card stock from a game called drop zone commander. The buildings were a little big, but worked admittedly for some unique buildings might have to look some of this stuff up.
You and I have the same goals in Battletech-Life: WE both want to fill and entire 4X6 table with a huge city! lol Let me ask you, have you tried SteelWarrior hex-tech buildings? Are they (obviously!) too-small for AlphaStrike? I have some hex-tech stuff from them, but hesisatant about using it. Might look too small really, I think. Can I ask your opinion?
Using larger buildings make a cityscape look better than the hex terrain. The hex terrain is just a placeholder for a map compared to what might be used for either Alpha or standard Classic BT. Don't be afraid to start collecting boxes or cans than can improve the look of the tabletop. I've stared to print off building sides and gluing them on cans make them look like larger buildings. 15mm Buildings can look good when used next to mechs if they're tall skyscrapers etc, those Monster Apocalypse buildings can look good with mechs. Hope that helps for ideas and thoughts
The buildings look great. Can't wait to see them all painted up. Also can put another building inbetween them to make larger buildings.
Thanks Brad, just have to wait for spray paint to get back in stock to prime them
@@Helcarexe26 Hope you can find some.

I came close to purchasing some of the DZC cityscape building kit. Now I'm sort of kicking myself for not getting one
Those have turned out really well Rusty, well worth the money.
The kit that gives you 6 buildings for 20$ USD is worth the money
Cool, I'll prolly pick some of these up now. Good review
Thanks, they fairly easy to assemble once you figure of the small details
Some nice looking buildings there mate. Will easily build up your city in no time
Thanks, that's the plan to fill out the table someday
Sweet ive recently got a bunch of heavy gear blitz stuff was looking for terrain in the correct scale , these will do
Works for most 6mm to 10mm games and the price is great

Are those wood models?
MDF Laser Cut Buildings
@@Helcarexe26 Yes, but what are they MADE out of?
@@dubuyajay9964 Medium Density Fiberboard. Sawdust and glue boards

Buildings look great pity about the clan bin chicken mechs....
I thought 'bin chicken' was an Australian term , or are you aussie ?
@@mathewkelly9968 I come from a land down under where the women roar and the men thunder... it quite loud really
The Thunder Chickens 🐔 do look good next to those new buildings 🤔👍
Your city is a total grid, not organic at all.
Not once did we ever play a game with a compact grid system shown in the video, it's just to show off the buildings from the company
