Hesperus II does clean work. I have a 'few' of their prints and they need a stand of cleanup on the sprue side for the most part but the printing is never bad beyond the rare flat foot which was 1 in 100+ minis.
It's like Christmas came early for you guys. Really liking those sculpts. I find it amusing that the style is slightly different to sculpts that are already available but recognisable streight away.
Great stuff My friend and I who played battle droids back in the day and then battlemech like crazy have decided to get back into it thank you for these videos happy holidays and take care sir can’t wait to watch your progress painting these
Ahh the Fafnir. Played mine all of once. You kind of want to stick your self some where and just spit heavy gauss rounds. Might have to put in another order for some of that stuff too. Could use some sway backs, from playing it on the HBS game I'm sold on it over the 4G. I'm also wanting some Lyran alliance stuff like the Barghest probably another Thanatos, Falconer and Uziel, a not tiny Hauptman and some star slayers.
It's one of those mechs that looks good on paper because of the damage output can be pretty high. Those Swaybacks are a high output mech for its class, always performs well for me.
@@Helcarexe26 got lucky and head capped one on HBS been playing recently. I used it very much as a hammer. Most other meds and even heavies can't take the damage of a swayback. Had a lot of success with it paired with a rifleman then a marauder which I've decked out in lost tech. ( don't know why no one ever put an LBX 5 ac on one but have that and a few DHS's. Poke the holes then use it to finish stuff off. Used it till I salvaged a cataphract.
As for the fafnir it can cause a cold panic till you realize the limitations of it. Taking a double psr isn't fun its almost like a siege tank from Star Craft use the light weapons on the move then brace for heavy gause use. I actual prefer the one that uses double normals two er lls and 2 er meds and a pulse.
@@kathilmechworks4895 We have a lance of Hunchback in our current campaign and they just rip things apart. The two swaybacks just out performs the standard AC20 version time after time. I prefer the standard Gauss Rifle version over the heavy version, I've face planted a few times using those heavy rifles.
I have maybe a dozen from this source ordered in two batches. They do really nice work. The sculpts are instantly recognizable but updated. Scale is the same as the new Catalyst minis, so large compared to the old school Ral Partha or box sets. Both orders came with a free bonus mini. One was a misprint Marauder, but plan to paint it as battle damaged on the jacked up leg. I prefer the new Catalyst prints, but the opportunity to buy that scale in single minis at essentially the same price is an excellent option.
Thanks John, they're a nice addition to the stables for a slightly different style sculpts. I do like the new Catalyst plastics, but hard to source them in any numbers yet.

Thanks for watching, I'm very impressed with the miniatures from them and will pickup more in the future to help fill out the ranks

Thanks D, I wanted to get a few more different style sculpts for the forces that look close to the originals
Great stuff

Thanks Steve, that's some old Btech history there with the Battledroids game. Have a great day and Holidays
@@Helcarexe26 you too sir
Recently placed an order for some tanks thru them as well. Always crispy prints and proper scaling.
They're a nice change of looks from the other IWM or Catalyst miniatures.
Some really interesting new mechs there Rusty.
Thanks a nice addition to the forces
You'll probably end up replacing the antennas with wire.
True, I have a few on my older mechs. But they tend to poke holes in the fingers at times 🤔

Thanks for the channel update and showing off your new mechs. Keep doing what you are doing friend 😁
Thanks will be looking forward to digging into these mechs soon

Their minis are sub par compared to modest mini studios and others. They use low quality resin and low resolution prints.
They're on par with all of the resin miniatures I've purchased in the last few years
I'm seriously considering getting into BattleTech, I have to say
I really enjoy playing the game and it can get addictive collecting mechs 👍😎
Nice mechs how was delivery? The mechs do look decent.
Great 3D printed mechs and free shipping for a certain amount purchased
So nice mechs
Thanks Justin, a nice addition to the forces
I found a person do 3d printer.did u still have u 3d mechs yet?
I picked up a 3d printer last year and started to print out an assortment of mechs for the forces.
@Helcarexe26 it's better do it in the garage
@shanenice5380 Don't have a garage and just do it in the basement.
@@Helcarexe26 I have a basement.i heard they get fired our chemicals our something
@shanenice5380 Some of the resin can be smelly but I don't smell any odors from the stuff I use
