I recently just found your channel and… it’s AMAZING! It’s so sad that you stopped posting videos. However, I’ve learned lots and this is wisely used time by me. Thank you so much, I hope you’re having a good day.

Actually, those putting together this video intended to disprove phrenology may, in fact, be providing excellent proof that such inherent distinctions do exist after all... especially mispronouncing words like "echelon" as "eckolon" or using such postmodern, made up words as "abolishment" instead of correct, traditional vocabulary as "abolition."

I’ve believed in this for a long time but just found the word today. My entire family is mentally ill, but for real. And I’ve somehow been surrounded by genuinely mentally ill people since childhood. There is absolutely a physical look to different disorders. I can look at total strangers and know if they struggle with certain things just by their look- not mannerisms or dress and have had it confirmed many times. I’ve noticied the similarities since I was a little girl. Not to mention everyone tells us that our family has a certain “look”. Then I learned how little weight the “chemical imbalance” theory had and it seemed more likely that real mental illness has physical roots. I think the biggest thing keeping peoplefrom entertaining the idea that mental illness is physical is the fact that SO many people who aren’t mentally ill claim the title. A Ton of people who are depressed, anxious, etc can fix it by creating better systems & having better time management & routines. Most people who call themselves “mentally ill” are just living chaotic lives they refuse to change but they could. Truly mentally ill people experience the symptoms no matter how they live life. Its so obvious if you’ve actually seen mental illness. Its so much rarer than we act like it is and its really sad bc so many people want to get sympathy and play the victim and the ones who are actually sick suffer bc of it. My dad has what was once called Aspergers and his Entire family has the look, strong. Its under another title these days. My Moms bipolar and theres a look to the head and eyes that are also apparent in my best friend and her Mom who are bipolar. I became friends with a lot of girls with eating disorders- which at its base is an anxiety disorder and there is absolutely a similarity in the nose and general body structure- spine & arms- not from being thin but like they look worn and agitated and either too strait or slightly hunched, never quite relaxed. And I can Always tell is someone is an addict just by looking at them- no not for the traditional tell talensigns of sunken eyes/dead skin like I can see even if they cover it up well bc of the way their body is. I’ve also encountered a number of true pedophiles- not just men who act inappropriately but the ones who have a sickness, and if you’ve met any you’ll know its a sickness ans they certainly have a “look” like their body parts are more tightly held together and the head structure is different than anyone I’ve ever seen. Likely to have bulging eyes & ears, close together eyes, and a disproportionately shaped head. The funny thing is depression seems to elude this, I only ever see depression in the eyes which is interesting bc depression is one of the only two mental disorders found worldwide.

I mean, the whole point of this video is to show that physical attributes rarely have correlayion with brain fonctions. Not the opposite...

I think phrenology has value too. When I want to make sure if someone is pretentious about their intelligence I look for a upturned jaw and round forehead. Recently discovered a squared nose tip is a sign of low intelligence, and indeed all geniuses I've met had the more rounded tip. Have you read Vaught's Practical Character Reader? That book is so helpful.
But one thing that I feel is true but can't prove is that every time we say "I am x" when that quality is not being required by anyone in the moment, then we are actually the opposite. I think we only make positive affirmations about ourselves when we feel insecure, and when we feel insecure we try to hide our weaknesses pretending they are strengths.
Another thing is projection. I think it's a law. Everything I affirm about you is true about myself. Even in the most seemingly absurd cases. I had a female friend who was anorexic, and during a discussion she labeled the guy as misogynist, just because he was trying (she didn't let him finish) to explain why he agreed with some descriptions of women in the Quran. Now tell me, which act is more misogynistic than a woman to weaken her own body to the point of removing any vitality and femininity from it (an anorexic body cannot produce feminine hormones), just to satisfy the fetishes of mentally disturbed men? By the way, this same girl labeled me an ignorant fool after I tried to have an impersonal conversation about the evolution of the human mind with her. Now when I compare her face with the archetype of a stupid person according to phrenology, guess how much % she gets?
And what you said about pedophiles is so true. Also, they seem kind of oblivious about other people's inclinations. They sound so innocent although they are so dangerous. I had a teacher who I thought was a pedo. He did not know how to carry on a conversation normally. He would infantilize his teenage students, try to talk about childish things with them, without noticing the malice in their thoughts and reactions. I think it's a child's mind in a body with hormones. Nastiest combination.

You present yourself to be well adjusted mentally but all of this seems like the ableist rantings of a lunatic. Truly what seperates your logic here from bioessentialism relating to the social construct of "race"?

Appreciate your thoughts, I'll have to reflect on that. Patterns are indeed all around us and phrenology deserves some pondering. It has been 3 years - feel free to expand more on what you learned during this passage of time.

Saying that what was, and is, understood as race is merely a "social construct" based on perception of skin colour strikes as pseudo-intelectual. Race is, of course, more than a skin-deep issue. No Black albino will ever be considered White simply because his skin lacks pigmentation. There are many other aspects of his physical appearance that will tell even to the untrained observer that he is Black. Sadly, you display spells of lack of intelectual honesty throughout your video since you start speaking about pseudo-science, and then go on touching very superficially on a series of other fields which have nothing to do with pseudo-science - or phrenology -, which nowadays are regarded by some as controversial, mostly only because of their political inconcorrect nature, such as IQ tests or Herrnstein's & Murray's The Bell Curve, in order to discredit them.

I include my resources in every video in the description box, so feel free to read those things if you want to verify what’s being stated in the video.
