Looks fantastic, arnt you a little bit worried about the clearance off the ground with that rear bumper tho? Looks ever so low especially if you're driving into fields and on uneven ground.
Yes, I think DAF have the lightest chassis from others but will be lucky if we get 2ton capacity, hopefully with mostly built from ally it will be OK 👍
It will have 2 bolts in the sleeper pod that can be removed, once these are removed it tilts as normal, we may have to upgrade the rams once the full weight of the sleeper pod is built.
Hi my worry would be that the truck has a very small engine. 150 hp Engine will use a lot of fuel when you have added everything inside. And it won’t like hills . Hope I’m wrong .
It's all very impressive but I think it's the electronics that I am most impressed by, getting old and new to work seamlessly!
Brilliant job Mark looks fantastic great videos to watch well done
Thanks 👍
Cracking podcast as usual Mark excellent job well done mate
Thanks
Fantastic video once again Mark…. Can’t wait to see the rest of the build, quality workmanship. Thanks for the video
An amazing build, Mark , and an interesting watch. Well done 👏
Glad you enjoyed it 👍
Looking good, coming together pretty quickly
Thanks 👍
Looks good, seems you look like you know what you're doing.😊
Making it as I go lol 😆

Yes it's a bit low, only time will tell, I've compared to others and it has the same clearance, but does look low 😅
Nice job Mark, are you not worried about the clearance at the back end
Yes lol. I've compared to others and seems to be right. It looks low though. 😕
How are you going to service the engine ? Does the cab tilt or are you going to cut an inspection hatch over the engine ?
Cab still tilts with 2 bolts removed 👍
The build looks great, is that a 7.5t lorry and if so stay below 7.5t? We have a similar size in our fleet and it's total carry weight is only 2ton.

Looks great 👍 well done is this your own horse box or it it been built for sale
This will be our own 👍

How do you tilt the cab ?

Lavaner Pro heater Matk
What’s the title mean? It’s costing a total of £100,000 ?
So to buy something same year, miles and build would be just over £100k, so hopefully I can build for a lot less 😅
Yes, I am also worried about how low to the ground the sides and back trims are. Time will tell. Good luck.
Thanks 👍
