I love the fact that Jordan doesn't interrupt Joe, once. He is taking it all in
Because one of his jobs was basically listening.

Psychedelic mushrooms completely helped me get out of addiction and depression. It totally rewired my mind. It's just amazing how it worked better than antidepressants.
Micro-dosing is the best gift one could ask for. It has so many amazing benefits such as eliminating anxiety and depression, improved mood, addiction, opening of the mind and lots more
I do trip on lucid and shrooms and other psychedelics and I can say it has improved my daily attitude. I am more focused

Exactly!! This is 100% true!!
Yes I always notice that people who done THC are more openminded then those who never did.
I keep trying to tell my good friend to lose here ego and try some shrooms. shes so depressed cant sleep, always anxious.....
Agreed. Alienation can be cured. Just a threshold dose away.
Well said 👌

Joe, I agree a million times with all you said, word after word !
I am a 78 year old lady.
60 years ago, when all these so called "drugs" were forbidden and became illegal, I could not believe that the interdiction would persist and last so long. It was so absurd ! I was sure, I trusted that they would come back on these stupid laws (which, by the way, put hundreds and hundreds young people in jail), I could not believe that that idiocy would last.
And here we are, nearly 60 years later and these idiots have not moved one inch.
They know nothing on the subject but they RULE. It drives me up the wall !
So, as a result, people have resorted to substances much more toxic that kill them by numbers ! And the bunch of idiots still don't flinch.
They have deprived humans of spiritual experiences that could have made us evolve better.
All that to tell you how much I agree with each word that you said.
From Paris (France) with love ❤

Dmt, LSD and psilocybin containing mushroom are amazing. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder years ago as a teenage. Got diagnosed with cptsd. Spent my whole life fighting cptsd. Not until my son recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 6 years totally clean. Never thought I would be saying this about mushrooms.
I'm so very happy for you, Psilocybin is absolutely amazing, the way it shows you things, the way it teaches you things. I can not believe our world and our people shows less interest about it's helpfulness to humanity. It's love. The mushrooms heals people by showing the truth, it would be so beneficial for so many people, especially politicians and the rich who have lost their way and every other persons out there.
Hey mates! Can you help with the source? I suffer severe anxiety, panic and depression and I usually take prescription medicine, but they don't always help. Where can I find those psilocybin mushrooms? I'm really interested in treating my mental health without Rxs. I live in Australia don't know much about these. I'm so glad they helped you. I can't wait to get them too. Really need a reliable source 🙏
YES very sure of Dr.alishrooms. I have the same experience with anxiety, depression, BPD and addiction and Mushrooms definitely made a huge huge difference to why am clean today.
Mushrooms are very medicinal. This is why anybody familiar with psilocybin and any other kind of fungi will tell you, "They are alive." They have a very ancient wisdom. To my experience, all mushrooms have always said, "Pay attention to your life. How you think, how you feel, and what will you do with the information that you always knew, but now are seeing in this point of view." This is why mushrooms are so respected in tribal cultures. This mental health treatment works for me too. Half micro doses do the trick for me. At least a few days at a time with lengthy time in between. Never addictive. Thank you for sharing this point!

I’ll write you this. I went to college here in the States at 17. Native language being Spanish. Arrived freshman year with a thick accent. Took quite a bit of LSD, psilocybin and MDMA trips with my new American friends. Months later my accent vanished. I spoke and still do like a native of the East Coast. My then girlfriend was beyond confused. I attribute it to tripping out of my mind and having to adapt to communicating in that state in a completely different language. I had done psychedelics prior but with Spanish speaking friends.
Psychedelics are just an exceptional mental health breakthrough. It's quite fascinating how effective they are against depression and anxiety. Saved my life.
Can you help with the reliable source I would really appreciate it. Many people talk about mushrooms and psychedelics but nobody talks about where to get them. Very hard to get a reliable s0urce here in Australia. Really need!
Yes, blizmyco. I have the same experience with anxiety, depression, PTSD and addiction and Mushrooms definitely made a huge huge difference to why am clean today.
Is he on instagram?
Yes he is. blizmyco
Microdosing helped me get out of the pit of my worst depressive episode, a three year long episode, enough to start working on my mental health.
One of, if not THE best talk on psychedelics that I ever found online!
I did mushrooms and LSD in high school and it was cool. But when I did it 10 years later at 28 it changed the entire way I looked at the world. It really changed my life. My point is that I think someone has to be at the point where they want/need to change and they are open to new ways of thinking and living. Then you have the life changing experience, in my opinion of course.
I always wondered if others had similar experiences like this
Yep, it’s not a party drug. It’s a maturation & evolutionary mechanism.
I think it may have to do a lot with the fact that most people completely develops their frontal cortex at around 26 years old.
Probably because you were older and had actual insight to gain from the experience.
I went hiking with my friend on shrooms and had a blast but then he jumped off a cliff. It changed my trip immediately and turned into a horrible time in the end. Cops came, paramedics and he later died in the hospital. I still don't know what caused him to jump because he seemed positive at times and also anxious at other parts of the trip. I think they can be dangerous to some but I dunno.
LSD truly changed my life. I overcame years of depression, low self esteem and turned me away from the nihilistic outlook on life I was wrapped up in. It led me on a path acceptance of life and positivity and I haven't turned back to that awful state of mind for almost a decade. This isn't for everyone and certainly won't cure everyone of these mental ailments but thank god it helped me.
so based me too it awakened my inner child and i became more in tune with spirit experiencing more coincidences etc
I was extremely depressed still at around 26, I’d been abused as a kid and couldn’t break free of it. I had no love or hope in my life. Psychedelic use with my friends, with the intention of healing, not partying, is what made me fall in love with the world again. I owe all of my joy to them breaking me free
My husband is going down south. For a guided experience. I am his highschool sweetheart. I went to school, he enlisted in Navy wt 18. He did 8 deployments. Then after 2020, he finished his last deployments then waited for his time out after doing a desk job. He became a severe alcoholic. Still is now. Surprisingly he isn’t so extreme, I enabled for so long because he became friendlier and we both drink alot. But for him its daily. He is out now, working a factory job at night while school during day. But has become extremely depressed. He said he wouldn’t, but I want my husband back. I actually plan on trip myself. I do have fear though.
@@sukaenacornelius9285 it’s normal to be nervous about it, it is an intense experience and you have to be willing to let go of control a little bit, but it certainly could be helpful for both of you. I used to drink too much as well, but I sort of broke out of that when I finally realized that I hated the feeling of being drunk and couldn’t enjoy life that way, only hide from it. I wish you guys the best with everything, I really hope he can find some peace, and you as well :) good luck!
I've done Mushrooms on a few occasions, but never DMT. Can you tell us what psychedelics you used, and try to put into words how it helped you to get over the past? What did you see, hear, and or experience?
@@dallasbagley I’ve done lsd and mushrooms mainly. The first few experiences were simply joyous. But the joy like…sticks with you. The appreciation I felt for the good things around me, even as simple as how beautiful nature is, those feelings stuck with me long after the trips. I occasionally would confront things I didn’t like about myself or my life during trips, which I feel led to personal growth. A good example of that would be needing validation from others, that was a negative feeling I confronted randomly during a trip. It also sort of reintroduced me to a vague, undefined spirituality that I never had before as an atheistic young man (23 years old at the time). My buddy and I would often talk during trips about how we need to focus more on how much we love our lives, because we’re so lucky to have them, and there’s so much in the world that’s beautiful, and of course everything feels amazing during the trip but again that general appreciation for the world around me is something I feel every day now. We also talked about humanity a lot while tripping, usually coming to the conclusion that people need to love each other, and cooperate, and come together to find solutions rather than be so argumentative and divisive, that we’re all in this together and our best bet is to live together. There was never a moment where my childhood trauma was suddenly dealt with or gone forever, there was never an aha moment of clarity where u suddenly figure out all of your psychological issues. But from the first trip, and more strongly over time doing them and using them as like group therapy with my friends, my overall mental state has become more positive, more appreciative and the people around me and of my life, and just generally I feel more love in my heart than I ever did before. It led me to be able to let go of a lot of the anger I felt from a highly abusive childhood, and start to move on with my life and discover who and what I want to be. Now this was also with therapy in person as well but therapy had never worked for me before.
@sukaenacornelius9285 if your husband is willing to work through his issues then mushrooms will help put it into perspective for him. Hope the best for guys

Psychedelics changed my view on everything forever. I'll never forget the feeling of being connected with Nature and the Universe and everything else that exists. Feeling forces, seeing patterns, auras, energy fields, telepathy, etc
Regarding the pineal gland, I genuinely believe it plays a significant role in what makes us different. My own experience has been quite the opposite of normal. I have a 16mm cyst right on my pineal gland in the center of the brain, and it has caused a range of issues. I struggle to fall asleep at night, suffer from tinnitus (ringing in my ears), and my body temperature is all over the place. Even more concerning, I feel emotionally less receptive than I used to be. This experience has convinced me that the pineal gland has a profound impact on the human brain. If you want to avoid similar issues, be cautious with fluoride and if you work from home, stay on the balcony to get proper sun light....
How did you find out about the cyst and it's exact size? Please, I need to know what tests were administered. MRI, CT scan...?
@@sherpa6071 I had an MRI scan after passing out from work-related burnout. I came dangerously close to dying, when I collapsed, my head missed a sharp wooden corner by just 20mm, my skull would have probably exploded with the hit leaving 2 kids behind. It feels like a second chance, and I’m incredibly grateful and humbled to be alive. So right now, I am not focusing about the cyst, but life itself.
@@benr3678 I appreciate the reply. Glad to hear that you're alright after that scary experience.. And good attitude man, definitely, focus on the positives. A near death experience will humble you for sure. Take care, good health and happiness to you and your kids!

What killed that era was when it was replaced with cocaine and cocaine society turned everything into grey
Yes now its fentenyl and prescribed drugs
thank you for repeating a part of what Joe said...
Right. An important part of Rogan's rant is that drugs need to be respected. They weren't respected in the aftermath of the 1968 Summer of Love . . . and lots of people were badly hurt. Nixon was the consequence . . .
No, they killed that era by themselves. Its all fun and games with free love and all that for a while, but then it becomes boring and weird. We all grow up.
Psychedelics didnt have me fixing my life they just made it easier to realize what needed to be done.
Eventually finding work finding people i view as family and having purpose in life fixed it.
Psychedelics are a great tool to explore the mind and therefore explore yourself to know who and what you are and by doing so, you realize that knowing yourself is the key to understanding others.

What did u do microdosing?
They are a medicine that happens to be a little too effective. Most people arent ready to learn so fast.
We dont need those people. If there isnt enough good in you to survive a psychedelic demolition derby you were never going to be a good influence on the world anyway.
@@newusernamehere4772 i sadly have to agree. if that heroic dose doesnt shake you up enough then you might aswell be good as gone
Bearing the weight of discovering the amount of responsibility that you alone carry would be mortifying. You're right, most are not ready.
I would also add that if there is a cure to something, you can't make money off of that product like the prescription drugs do.
Fasting, for instance, cures a lot of things, but because it's free and takes a fair amount of discipline, doctors advise against it and many are scared to try.
@@newusernamehere4772thats ego talking. The psychedelic counsellors would come in as help to some who find difficulty in what the experiences bring up. Making light of someones reality shift is lacking empathy big time. They can be dangerous if not prepared but the proper guidance n support are the key ingredients to changing perspectives on their use.

Wow, haven't heard Joe be that excited in a long time
He's Experienced!
Silicon Valley’s history with psychedelics suggests that we owe a significant portion of technological breakthroughs to them. Especially with computers.
Walter Russel, IBM, research
I have a BA in psychology, and I adopted Jung as my main perspective (similar to jordan peterson, we share the same personality type). At like 19 years old, I got arrested with this guy who literally just got his drivers license, and wanted to smoke a joint. My life was almost completely ruined over it, it's disgusting contemplating that militaristic level of control, while regular people for generations laugh and say try it, it's harmless, you'll love it, your coffee is more addictive.. Joe is definitely right, there should be research, there should be counselors (people like me, who deserve a middle class life) that can help people w/the help of psychedelics! The human mind can be a very dark place because our ego's prevent us from being injured by people (we put up damaging walls in childhood to survive); our stored up trauma can play hell on our bodies through the mind body connection; even with something as harmless as Mary Jane, new users are often paranoid, and shocked because, they start looking inward much more clearly, maybe even for the first time (where avoidant before). "Then the paranoia kicks in, am I gonna get in trouble!" Thats all from the schedule 1 nonsense of the past. Alcohol has caused more problems, and the other truly dangerous drugs, and thats where the responsibility in people resides (in other words, don't do stuff that causes self-harm). Stop making criminals out of people, and stop the opioid pandemic at the source, gangs and distribution. I was a blackout drunk for close to 15 years, going bar to bar, telling people "if they would only allow us to have weed, I could quit this horrible piss!" I quit without weed, but it has without a doubt, kept me 100% sober. Never, ever again allow the powers that be, to take something harmless like Mary Jane away. Total nonsense! Lets make criminals out of good young people w/no life experience, who simply aren't coping well. Triggers me, and makes me pretty annoyed in retrospect!
One of the most profound and truest speeches ive ever heard on the subject of psychedelics.
Rogan is 100% correct!
And you’re just just as dumb as him. lol.
Sure is. That part about the “little penises” …frucking brilliant
Thing is he is barely scratching the surface, the "them" behind the curtain are doing far more nefarious shit we all would be shocked to find out about, all for power and the thrill "they" get just from having the position to tell others they believe to be less than "them" what they cannot do, or HAVE to do, like get injected with some unknown compound just to see if it works while they make billions of Dollars doing it, sick shit, but God forbid you smoke a plant once in a while or eat a mushroom, oh no, for that you must be locked away in a cage.
Well that was just - NEXT LEVEL THINKING !!!!! THANKS !!!!

When Rogan is right, he's right. Tis however is RIGHT X 1000%. I grew up in the 70's and experienced the full range of psychedelis available back then, to my great benefit.
