Hi ,,Need your help ,,even though i have created host entry for the VCSA in the DNS(DC) but still getting the Error(Failed to Configure network) and i m strucked. Requesting to please help over here.
Add DNS(DC) IP address to the primary DNS of the network adaptor of the system from where you are trying to install.

How many GB of RAM do you assigned to vcsa? Are allowed on deployment stage to set less than 12 gb?

I had assigned 12GB RAM to VCSA VM. You can set less than 12 GB also but it will respond a bit slow.

how to change ip address of vcenter 7 from console? it is giving error that ip details cannot be changed after changing the ip details..
you can try to change IP from the management url IP:5480

How did u write default gateway and dns in vcentre setup
@04:13 on the Network Configuration page, I provided the Gateway and DNS details.

cant get past the password portion. root does not work and can not get to the part where f2 changes the password.
After OVF import completion on the first screen, it will show "root password is not set".Once you press F2 it will give you the option to set the root password.

Hello sir, iam sorry but your video was jumping at 63% instalation to open vsphere client.. how you manage to succeed installation to 100%. I was stuck at 63%, its just take time forever
Just to shorten the video I have edited that part. If your installation got stuck then make sure you have done the dns entry for vCenter. Also, make your domain controller the primary dns on the system from where you are performing the upgrade so that you can resolve the hostname of vCenter from that system.
This not installed on the windows 10 it is installed on window server
