I love your mix of a tad of humor and technique. I’m a visual learner and you have helped me with a lot of sticky little problems ❤️
Awesome! Thank you!
Awesome. Thank you ❤️
I just signed up, congratulations, it's a beautiful work
I love it Paul. Its my favorite color
Amazing tutorial Paul. You're such an inspiring tutor and there is so much to learn in all your videos. I really love this one and I really want to thank you for your generosity in providing us with downloadable drawings. Without them I just wouldn't be able to tackle a lot of the work you show us so it is really important and a kindness that is rarely, if ever, shown by other tutors.
He is very generous. Full tutorials and drawings. So thankful.
Happy to hear that!
Paul you do not need this white colour adding it is already perfect. sorry this is my opinion. Keep it natural. The non watercolour media makes itartificial, believe me
Beautiful Paul. Could we have a sunrise /sunset tutorial please ?
I just finished another of your tutorials. I enjoy each one as I learn step-by-step. Thank you, again and again for artistic mentoring!
You are so welcome!
Greetings, Paul! I can’t express enough how much joy and inspiration your lively teachings provide. I’ve learned more watercoloring tips from you than anyone else. I now watch your videos more than the news - you have saved me! Thank you from Dave in Florida.
Totally agree my painting has much improved thanks to Pauls videos , admire his style immensely .
Wow, thank you Dave - so pleased to help! - keep in touch. Do you know my sister? - she lives in Florida!
Margaret Butcher. As always a great tutorial. Such fun to watch but, oh dear, the splatter goes everywhere usually up my walls
@@ArtbyPaulClark Is she in The Villages??
Where in Florida, I’m in Orlando
I must have a go at this painting, it is just the sort of art my wife would have hanging in the bedroom reminding her of the summer months to come. Thanks for the in depth knowledge you share with the world, a true inspiration to us all.
Thank you Kindly Steve!
@@ArtbyPaulClark Hi Paul, I am a total novice to watercolour painting and have been painting trees, people and the odd landscape to varying degrees of success. I was a technical engineer throughout my working life so everything was controlled to the thousandth of an inch and trying to let go of that has become somewhat a hindrance (I think I’m trying to be too precise). Again your tutorials are explained very, very well. Thanks
I agree!!!
Oh man!!!!! Absolutely smashing tutorial!!! Thanks for getting out of your warm blanket to shoot this tutorial for us. I am definitely going to try this!!!
Go for it Ritu!
Beautiful. I love lavender.
Thank you! 😊
Can't wait to try this. Gorgeous.
Go for it!
Wow this is stunning! I love watching you work your magic. I love lavender fields and nearly squealed with excitement when this popped up and it didn't disappoint. I can't thank you enough for these tutorials.
Thank you so much Jill!
Good morning, from Texas! I’ve never really tried watercolor, but you’ve inspired me to give it a go!
You should Lou!!
Beautiful. Very inspiring. Thank you.
The lavender is just beautiful and I also love the shadow of the house falling on the lavender!

Thank you for another fabulous tutorial! I appreciate your humor and how easily you explain your processes. Hope you bought all your necessaries before your ❄ 😉

Another great painting Paul which I’ve saved in my TH-cam folder to do at a later date. Well you asked for suggestions so I’d love a tutorial on a french cafe street scene. Looked through archive and can’t see one. 😊

I absolutely love this picture. My husband and I have watched it several time. I started working in oils first before trying watercolour while traveling on the Queen Mary 2 for a retirement trip to England in 2019. I was able to take virtual watercolour classes during Covid and have developed a love for watercolour. I found your TH-cam site in the last few weeks and have learned alot from the various videos. This picture is definitely one that I want to try painting for my next project. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us.
Great to hear - many thanks!
