Nice job my dad would always hear the casings and put the bearings in the freezer for an hour before installing them, kit makes things so easier no beating sometimes they just drop in
You can rebuild your own crank shaft. Push pin out with c clamp. Install rebuild kit. Put a bolt through the new pin with a washer and a nut on the end. Then two bolts through the holes you don’t use to keep crank balanced. Impact down the bolt until you get pin flush on both sides of crank. I did it when motorcycle stores said sent it off. I have a rm 80 and you put pressure on the radiator hose, find me to see if I can find the fault, it has a good bonba and the radiator is clean and the cap is new.

Awesome bud. I did a full rebuild on my 03 rm85, I got the vf3, started it up and it had high idle. So I used rtv on the gasket and it worked lol.

But check eBay there’s a few aftermarket ones
I seen a few on eBay check them out should be the same for Rm80 & 85
So the rm 85 will work on rm 80

Sorry installing the flywheel was simple removing it on engine teardown was extremely difficult had to buy the flywheel puller the flywheel was stuck
