Only Jona here showcases a high level of vocal mastery. Undoubtedly the BEST FILIPINO SINGER.
Best rendition I've heard so far is from Jona. The resonant upper and mid belts required were delivered and the runs, although not the best, are not overdone (e.g. Katrina) or a little bit sloppy (e.g. Morisette). Kung super fluid lang magexecute ng melisma si Morisette I'd give her the best Vision of Love cover award.

Give this to Eumee Capili. Emotions were there. Powerful voice were shown. High headtone was given. Wala nga lang whistle. pero the fact na kinanta nya to sa isang prestigious competition, tapos punum-puno pa sya ng kaba at pressure neto, nakanta nya to ng napakaganda. Kudos to her.

if you talk about the technicalities on how this awesome ladies sang the song, then I can conclude that Jona sang it with justice and has the cleanest version if you have a clean ear. no more arguments. ✌☺
For me jona slayed the most. I mean almost perfect na. Mori is so good as well ang ganda nung whistle nya medyo kinapos lang dun "woh ho oh ho oh" part hehe. While sarah didn't overdo the song perfect yung addlibs and crisp ang version nya buong buo boses. Katrina sakto lang ibang flavor din. Si eumee bakulaw myghad no whistle pero grabe ang bali nya sa kantaaaa 😍♥️

Francis Lim - pitchy, but for a young talent like him, he needs to be appreciated, the runs are good, the resonance at the end is great too (5/10)
Elha - flat on the entire song, whistles are off, too pitchy, offkey runs (1/10)
Jessica - runs are a bit off, lacks resonance, she isnt for this type of song, lacks consistency on ending "me" (6/10)
Sarah - too nasal, too throaty, lacks resonance, technique is unimpressive, great runs (4/10)
Morissette - commendable for the whistle part, oversang belting parts, too shouty, whistles are too pitchy, runs are so offkey and unsatisfying, but belts and resonance are great (6/10)
Katrina - power is on point, but the "sweet" sounds so off, too pitchy on ending "me", tries to pull it off at the end but oversang it, there are parts with great resonance (7/10)
Jona - whistles/super head voice are good but lacking, clean belts, commendable for great resonance, runs are good (8/10)
Eumee - she oversang it and it turns out unimpressive, the first "me" is great, but the change of key is a bit off (3/10)
Kyla - great runs, commendable for doing addl runs made by Mimi, vocally tensed, too pitchy on belting parts, lacks resonance (6/10)
Basically, my opinion on each of them. Overall Jona did amazing out of all people here in terms of resonance on belts, ability on runs, not too pitchy, not too throaty, placing is on point, but the head voice lacks, but still overall great. I love Mori tho, but she seriously mess up the runs, and oversang the end. I love Sarah too, but she's too throaty and nasal. Kyla killed the runs but messed up the belts. But still, they are all great singers on their respective genre, it's just, Mariah's Vision of Love isn't for them to slay on, but for Mariah and Mariah only.

Katrina was almost if not equally as amazing as Mariah Carey. That was just beautiful. No off key whistling, just clean, pure, and unbelievably strong vocals.
But lacks tonal quality and overall raw power and support and melismatic agility..as well as natural musicality...
A lot of them tend to get lost in the song..in a bad way lol or just oversings in general or adds unnecessary adlibs.
Noone comes close to Mariah in her prime loll.
