Nobody else on TH-cam goes into the details I would like when new properties are released. I always care about road access, heli parking, roof access and all kinds of details people never talk about. I also hate that within the websites while purchasing a business you can never see combinations of choices together. Only the individual choice being changed on the default background. Plus they always look way different in person. This channel has always been the best place to be if you want to make informed decisions on purchasing a property in GTA.

Whatever color that's on the outside wall of the office and living quarters will also be on the inside walls. The "Polished" style has the same pattern on the inside walls upstairs as it has on the outside, and the "Wildstyle" has a red patterned accent behind the tinted beam near the security cameras as well as the floor, and the colorful pattern is on the ceiling.
@@Champlette2 I've been so curious as to what happened to some of your old guides for businesses like bunker and import/export garages. You really went in depth on the average distances to missions, etc. I can never find them anymore. ☹
@@sp_latz Are you referring to the metal paints? Yes, I have unlocked them all. It helps to have a friend who will do races with you and help you get wins, slip streams, and turbo starts. I highly recommend using the Criminal Records race because it's really short.

The Route 68 style with the road leading into the wall reminds me of how Wile E. Coyote would paint a fake tunnel entrance on the side of a mountain to try to trick the road runner.

I have the Route 68 one, the painting of the routes takes me back to my childhood when I watched old coyote and road runner cartoons, I love it! And yeah, I'm that old :P

Oh honey.... yes, I did spend all that money, but this one was fairly cheap compared to some. I made a video about the trade-in value of properties and that one cost me over $70M in GTA money. It was worth every penny though. I realize I'm lucky that I've had a lot more time to play and make big money than most players do, so I enjoy spending that extra money on videos to help other players save their GTA money. It's my way of paying it forward. :)
Nice. The Race & Chase logo matches the original GTA logo. Pardon me as I know most of you are aware but if not, the original name for Grand Theft Auto was Race & Chase.
The default style is the best looking imo. I like all the clutter and car parts scattered around. The others are too clean or have weird color combos. The concrete one isn't bad, I just wish it had more clutter and decorations.
Thanks again. After seeing them all, nostalgia trip, race and chase and polished are definitely my favorites. Undressed isn't bad but i don't fancy any of the remaining styles. I have the polished style with white tint, but definitely prefer the nostalgia trip style with black tints. Will buy that as soon as i get online!

I'm an extremely picky property buyer in GTA -- Each business/property needs to be different from my main and alt, each one needs to be a different property from what my boyfriend owns in game, etc. (Just for variety's sake) Lol. Plus needs to be somewhere I like and aesthetically pleasing and of course I always need to check the views, too. I'm pretty poor in GTA (I don't cheat and I don't like grinding cayo) so I wouldn't be able to just buy the properties and check myself. Your videos make it so much easier. I also really appreciate that you show where the properties are on the game map in each of your videos, which a lot of other youtubers don't do. I like to make my way down to the area to see if I like it and I find it hard to figure out where things are sometimes, going from the Maze Forclosure map. I also am grateful for your timestamps. I know it must be a lot of work to upload and edit videos and I just really want to thank you for these. I look forward to watching more of your vids. :3

Yes unfortunately it does take me quite a while to make my videos (I'm much slower than most GTA TH-camrs) but I try to be thorough to help players get the property they'll really be happy with. Part of what you said reminded me of my husband. When we go out to dinner, he won't order the same meal that I order, even if that's what he really wants. I don't know why he's so serious about sticking to that strategy, but it's pretty funny!
I used to have the Race & Chase style but I ended up switching to Nostalgia trip and I have to say that I really like the mixed wooden with the brick aesthetics , I added the green tints so it kinda complements it even better with the golden/bronze metalic accents. Figured that as a more retro 80's lover this style would suit my preferences.
Well, I haven't actually made my final pick yet! I think I'll ultimately end up with Flawless because I just love how clean it is and the cars will really pop in there. For now, I have Route 68. I like the personal garage style for this one, but I don't like all of the red and blue in the rest of the auto shop. I also like some aspects of Race and Chase, but I still think it's likely that Flawless will be my final choice, eventually.

I was hoping to see a green tint with the race and chase style option *Fun Fact:* GTA was originally called Race ‘n’ Chase and it was just a cops and robbers racing game but there was a funny glitch they couldn’t fix where the cop cars kept ramming into the robbers cars and thus Grand Theft Auto was born
i wish i would have seen how busy wild was by watching this video before purchasing. it had cool effects on the chrome accents on my cars but was too busy. i figured an autoshop should have some character, but i didn't like any of the styles so i just went back to default. if they had toned wild down a bit and kept the glossy floor and autoshop parts, it would have been perfect for me, like a tattoo shop. thanks. i've been subscribed for a bit because you're so thorough and save us lots of money!

I tried only three styles, then I didn't try to change it anymore, because with all three I have unpleasantly lit headlights directly on the hood and roof of the car that I am modifying. I have to admit, I'm disgusted with that...But after this great video , I'll try one more :) Thank you very much

Wish Rockstar gave us the option to mix and match from every design/style...I love the Polished style but would've liked the Concrete Chic's flooring and overhead in the showroom...maybe a poster or two from other styles.

I don't have very many cars since I moved to the PC (just trying to go with a little less) but I still have a pretty good collection on the PS4. I try really hard not to repeat colors on any of my cars. They're all a little bit different.

I don't remember her lip style and color and such, but her makeup is Smoldering Ruby. I think most of her features like chin, nose, and jaw are all just "normal", if I remember right.

and also what i meant by messy - is that they collect at random locations so it means that i must go probably from del perro to paleto bay and back to city which i find super inconvenient? like i know its all scattered around but they could collect those around the same area uk it make more sense than just flying around and waste time … 😭😭

I agree, it's a pain how those collectibles videos (and the stunt jumps videos too) are not in any logical order to make it easy to get them all. I hadn't made any videos on those subjects because there were already so many out there, but you make a great point that having one in a logical geographical order would be good. I've got a lot going on right now and I may not be able to make any of these videos for a while, but I will certainly keep this in mind as a possible project when I have some time to work on it. Great and very detailed Video. I was waiting for this. I appreciate the time effort and money you put in this. I really love and enjoy the auto shop but it would be better if we could individualize it more or mix more colors or style options. They had great ideas for the styles but there are always one or two details which annoy me. Some colors or decorations or banners that don't match or are missing. It would be awesome if we could select the banners and pictures like the decorations in the penthouse and select more colors than only the tints. Don't get me wrong they did an amazing job but I stil can't decide which style to choose. I'm a car enthusiast and the auto shop is a business I always wanted. That's why I really want it to suit my personal style. But back to topic. Great video, great job. Keep it up!

@@Champlette2 Yes, this is exactly what I mean. I personally really like the race and chase style. The floor, the graphics on the walls in the garage, the color scheme, but I would like to have more car related banners and pictures on the other walls rather than from arcade games. Another example is the nostalgia style. The brick and wood floor looks great and there we have car related banners and pictures but I can't stand this cartoon mechanic on the two walls. This destroys the look of the auto shop for me. But this is complaining at high level. As I said I love the auto shop. Again great work and keep it up! Your videos helped me a lot in the past with choosing the right business locations, styles etc. Wish you all the best!

I've had the "Route 68" style option for a while now but was thinking about maybe changing it to the "nostalgia trip" since they're on sale this week, plus I figured I'd change it up a bit since I've had it so long. Honestly though, after watching this, I think I'm just gonna stick with the "Route 68." LOL What do you like??
I've changed my mind a few times. I like the "Route 68" one too, but I also like how clean the black and the white styles are. I have the solid black one right now.

I feel like whichever color we pick could really make the auto shop pop with the black one though. Was thinking maybe blue with the black style or red with the black. How do you get a transparent background for your crew emblem? Mine has a white square background and it looks awful. I tried the "no background" option in the editor but it still give s mea white background.

Can anyone tell me which has the best lighting and overall environment for car paint jobs? Like I find the office to be fairly dark. Nightclub is nice and bright, but not a fan of the look of the basement levels.
It's definitely plain, but I went with the white in the auto shop because it does really show off the paint colors. The black auto shop design does that pretty well too, but it's a little dark for my taste.

Yes, I already posted one about the locations, but I don't plan to make a "best" location video. The customer deliveries and KDJ missions can be just about anywhere, so there maybe a slight advantage to being central on the map at Burton, but not a big enough advantage to say it's the best one.

Part of what you said reminded me of my husband. When we go out to dinner, he won't order the same meal that I order, even if that's what he really wants. I don't know why he's so serious about sticking to that strategy, but it's pretty funny!
I used to have the Race & Chase style but I ended up switching to Nostalgia trip and I have to say that I really like the mixed wooden with the brick aesthetics , I added the green tints so it kinda complements it even better with the golden/bronze metalic accents.
Figured that as a more retro 80's lover this style would suit my preferences.

Well, I haven't actually made my final pick yet! I think I'll ultimately end up with Flawless because I just love how clean it is and the cars will really pop in there. For now, I have Route 68. I like the personal garage style for this one, but I don't like all of the red and blue in the rest of the auto shop. I also like some aspects of Race and Chase, but I still think it's likely that Flawless will be my final choice, eventually.
I like the concrete style, it goes with the aesthetic and the theme of the DLC.
I love the floor in that style!

*Fun Fact:* GTA was originally called Race ‘n’ Chase and it was just a cops and robbers racing game but there was a funny glitch they couldn’t fix where the cop cars kept ramming into the robbers cars and thus Grand Theft Auto was born

i wish i would have seen how busy wild was by watching this video before purchasing. it had cool effects on the chrome accents on my cars but was too busy. i figured an autoshop should have some character, but i didn't like any of the styles so i just went back to default. if they had toned wild down a bit and kept the glossy floor and autoshop parts, it would have been perfect for me, like a tattoo shop. thanks. i've been subscribed for a bit because you're so thorough and save us lots of money!

You are absolutely right. That one does look like a real auto shop should. The only one in real life that looks as dressed up as these other styles would probably be Jay Leno's garage. ;)

I tried only three styles, then I didn't try to change it anymore, because with all three I have unpleasantly lit headlights directly on the hood and roof of the car that I am modifying. I have to admit, I'm disgusted with that...But after this great video , I'll try one more :) Thank you very much

Wish Rockstar gave us the option to mix and match from every design/style...I love the Polished style but would've liked the Concrete Chic's flooring and overhead in the showroom...maybe a poster or two from other styles.
That would be such a great idea! I love the garage in Route 68 but I really don't care for the rest of the design in the shop. It would be awesome to mix and match them.

Thank you!! I have shown my car collection once a long time ago in a live stream. I don't have very many cars since I moved to the PC (just trying to go with a little less) but I still have a pretty good collection on the PS4. I try really hard not to repeat colors on any of my cars. They're all a little bit different.

Thanks!! Her mom is Sophia and her dad is Andrew. Her resemblance is 100% of her mom and her skin tone is about 80% of her mom. Her eyes are green and I think her eyebrows are called Curvaceous. I don't remember her lip style and color and such, but her makeup is Smoldering Ruby. I think most of her features like chin, nose, and jaw are all just "normal", if I remember right.

I am truly honored by your confidence in me. I really appreciate that, more than I can say. I agree, it's a pain how those collectibles videos (and the stunt jumps videos too) are not in any logical order to make it easy to get them all. I hadn't made any videos on those subjects because there were already so many out there, but you make a great point that having one in a logical geographical order would be good. I've got a lot going on right now and I may not be able to make any of these videos for a while, but I will certainly keep this in mind as a possible project when I have some time to work on it. I really love and enjoy the auto shop but it would be better if we could individualize it more or mix more colors or style options. They had great ideas for the styles but there are always one or two details which annoy me. Some colors or decorations or banners that don't match or are missing. It would be awesome if we could select the banners and pictures like the decorations in the penthouse and select more colors than only the tints. Don't get me wrong they did an amazing job but I stil can't decide which style to choose. I'm a car enthusiast and the auto shop is a business I always wanted. That's why I really want it to suit my personal style.
But back to topic. Great video, great job. Keep it up!

@@Champlette2 Yes, this is exactly what I mean. I personally really like the race and chase style. The floor, the graphics on the walls in the garage, the color scheme, but I would like to have more car related banners and pictures on the other walls rather than from arcade games. Another example is the nostalgia style. The brick and wood floor looks great and there we have car related banners and pictures but I can't stand this cartoon mechanic on the two walls. This destroys the look of the auto shop for me. But this is complaining at high level. As I said I love the auto shop.

I've had the "Route 68" style option for a while now but was thinking about maybe changing it to the "nostalgia trip" since they're on sale this week, plus I figured I'd change it up a bit since I've had it so long. Honestly though, after watching this, I think I'm just gonna stick with the "Route 68." LOL

I've changed my mind a few times. I like the "Route 68" one too, but I also like how clean the black and the white styles are. I have the solid black one right now.
@@Champlette2 your video actually opened my eyes to how nice the all black one is. I think the white is just too bare for me. I feel like whichever color we pick could really make the auto shop pop with the black one though. Was thinking maybe blue with the black style or red with the black. I think that would really look good too. Clearly I'm still up in the air & haven't made my mind up on a change yet. LOL ur vid was a huge help though. Thanks again!

How do you get a transparent background for your crew emblem? Mine has a white square background and it looks awful. I tried the "no background" option in the editor but it still give s mea white background.

Race and chase was the original name but do to a bug with the police cars chasing you they made it into what we know now as grand theft auto
I think I remember someone mentioning that once. That's a very cool bit of trivia.

Can anyone tell me which has the best lighting and overall environment for car paint jobs? Like I find the office to be fairly dark. Nightclub is nice and bright, but not a fan of the look of the basement levels.
It's definitely plain, but I went with the white in the auto shop because it does really show off the paint colors. The black auto shop design does that pretty well too, but it's a little dark for my taste.

Yes, I already posted one about the locations, but I don't plan to make a "best" location video. The customer deliveries and KDJ missions can be just about anywhere, so there maybe a slight advantage to being central on the map at Burton, but not a big enough advantage to say it's the best one.
