The title says it all. 2023 was massive. 2024 is looking big too. ::pant::

Great video, got to agree on Ever Crisis. I played for a bit on my mobile but it really didn't click for me. Felt like they were cutting a bunch of important stuff out and just feels like a bit of a cash grab while the 7R games are being made. Gatcha isn't really my thing either but if there's one to play which is pretty damn good, it's Star Rail - have you looked much into that or do the gatcha mechanics just totally put you off?

I am intrigued by Honkai: Star Rail, but I have not taken the plunge. I'm unsure about how I feel about gacha games because I've never given one an honest chance. Of course, I don't LOVE the idea of gacha, but if the game is undeniably good, then I think I could look past it. As for Star Rail, it's competing with other new releases as well as my backlog, so that's the main reason I haven't given it a go. But I FINALLY have a PS5, so maybe that will be my gateway.

Not sure if you know, but crisis core is on the Nintendo switch, it plays just as well as the ps5 and Xbox versions (bar the 30 fps) I played through the whole game in handheld mode and had the time of my life. Since you don’t have a ps5, it’s the next best option if you want to take advantage of the hand-held nature of the game
