We owe some thanks to Mr Smith for pointing the likes of me to this channel. Really appreciate the gratitude from your boost in views and subs etc and the ongoing investment in smartening up the content as a result - it's very watchable! Love the car, love the video. The whole of the internet is willing you guys to get the car to the place you want it to be, and then enjoy the driving as much as the recommissioning! Good work chaps...
I don't even like working on cars myself, god knows why i should be so interested in watching two blokes drinking mugs of tea and talking about getting to the pub while they try to bring some car back to life in a driveway in the UK. Awesome job Guys...... keep it up.
Love the channel guys, the fact that you're having a crack at bringing this beauty back from the dead has got me hooked!!! Cannot wait for the next installment, I'd love to see her purring like a kitten then maybe concentrate on brakes and suspension....keep up the good work 👍
Hi Greg! Well spotted - We thought "blokes" seemed more apt... Dudes are too cool... ! Thanks for the generous donation, it is much appreciated! :) Llewelyn
Great channel keep it up !!! My only advice, replying to every comment is going to seriously take over your life as your channel grows. Its great that you reply to so many people just dont let it take over your life !!!!
Its really the order of "whatever parts we have to hand" at that moment. There kind of is a rough plan but its hard to know what it needs until you've seen what it needs really and parts take a few days to arrive from America. :) We have brake rebuild kits ready to go though and soft lines! But you know, might need to make all new hard lines too. Might need a master cylinder... etc etc. Hard to know till we know... :)!
A quick note on the charging battery cables. The positive cable is usually two cables or a split cable. Leads from the positive Terminal lead to the alternator, the starter and usually the under hood fuse box, aka power distribution box. The negative cables lead from the negative post to the car frame and the engine block. There could be more, but that’s enough to get started. If I bought any c4 that has been sitting for years, I would likely change all battery cables as a precaution. I would get at least 6 feet of many sizes of vacuum hose as well, because most of them are likely rotted and contribute to vacuum leaks. If you take care of the voltage issues and vacuum leaks, the engine should run well. It would be good to see you both fix that issue before going into other issues in my opinion. Next project? Replace all the brake lines. Buy a roll of nice 3/16 inch size line, in a 25 foot roll. Have or get a good flaring tool and replace the soft short brake hoses too. Brake fluid is intensely hygroscopic, which means it draws moisture in from any source possible. That means the original steel brake hoses will rot from the inside out. The flexible hoses will become very weak as well and sometimes clog. I’m glad I found your channel and subscribed! Cheers.
Thanks for the tips! We do envisage having to change the brake hard lines (and probably soon!)... The battery cables and vac lines seem okay so far. I've vac tested all of the vac lines (off camera) and they hold vacuum... I would imagine when we start driving it faults will appear though!
Another great video guys. Keep working in the same fashion and soon enough the engine will be running nicely. I do also quite enjoy the music that you use, very funky. Next week - engine running well enough that you can fully test the coolant system. and yes, hello from Perth, Western Australia
Hopefully the plenum wont need to come off again if we get it running nicely... The plenum is actually cooled with the water, so we don't want to fill it up till we're sure that we aren't getting misfires. Thankyou for the support from Australia!
Another great instalment! Surely this is what TH-cam was made for?, genuine blokes on a rocky road, hopefully to a dream of this awesome car being revived, come on guys get subscribed, it costs nothing to hit that button, we need channels like this 😁
Thankyou for the support :D! Must be one of the only car channels that doesn't mention the dreaded "car checking website"! We're both sick of seeing that :D! The subscribers and views really does encourage us to keep going and keep to a weekly schedule!
Keep up the great videos. You guys are fun to watch. There used to be a couple rebuild shops here near me in the US that would have gone over that alternator for about $30. They're all gone now, unfortunately. As far as next steps... i love to detail cars so that semi-cleaned interior would bug the hell out of me and I'd be giving it a thorough detail. Good luck guys.
Yeah we did look into a rebuild and it worked out more than a new alternator and would have taken four times as long to do. We are keeping the original one though and if the new one doesn't do the job, we will have that rebuilt. New parts an all that, not all they're cracked up to be. Thankyou for the support Jody!
Love it and keep it up! Once you disconnect the battery for a period of time and the ECU has been reset: turn the ignition on and leave on for 10 seconds before starting. Once started, leave to idle for a full 10 minutes, with no revs for the ECU to relearn all the parameters. See what the idle is like after that...
This is what I love working on the drive at home like me on gravel 😅 can’t beat it! I have done all sorts to my mini r53 on the gravel drive engine out etc! Keep up the good content I came from watching this on the barn find episode!
It will be smoother than an LS when it is running on all it's cylinders, you should check the exhaust temperatures at each exhaust port to see which cylinders are and aren't firing.
Glad you brought up the subject of the gutters as its been bugging me and was going to comment on them! Being asbestos doesn't stop you removing the crap growing out of them! If you feel the need to replace them most council tips (or recycling centres as they call them these days) should take asbestos cement from domestic users (ours does). Those gutters will be asbestos cement which is the lowest risk type as the fibres are largely captive in the cement so shouldn't become airborne unless you smash them up. Take them down as whole as you can and take them to the tip. Any that fracture put in a plastic bag. Brakes next please
Thanks for the advice Dave! I might do a little short on replacing the gutters just to entertain you lot when I eventually get round to it... ! Brakes are next on the agenda for sure.. :)
Well done guys loving this build I don’t know much about the zr1s you guys obviously do but this has been very interesting to watch love how your not leaving any stone unturned and being so meticulous with replacing all that needs to be to get it running and driving as it should 👊🏻👊🏻
Thanks Jeff!! Every day is a school day for us but we're trying!! :) We are systematically going through it all, being thorough but with a focus on functionality rather than cosmetics which will come later :)
Thanks 👍 progress is being made for sure!! Once we have legal tyres and the brakes are sorted we should be able to nurse it to an MOT (for initial failure sheet of course!)
Keep up the good work! For sure I would expect the alternator to affect the way the engine runs. ECUs are very fussy about voltage and if it's dropping off, all sorts of weird things can happen.
We're hopeful at that with the car only showing 11.5V when running. Its not enough! Also suspect that when the car revs it stutters, perhaps when the ECU is demanding more power to fire the coils and injectors more frequently, and it just isn't there...!
Sounds like you've put a ht lead on wrong or perhaps a sticking valve...definately running on 6 or 7. An infra red gun aimed at the exhaust manifold will identify which pots running cold. Good luck guys 👍
I have an IR gun somewhere! We did triple check the leads and they seemed fine. We're thinking the alternator isn't providing any voltage so the ECU is getting a bit confused with what to fire when. Especially when revs are applied and more frequent firing is required!
Very glad to be one of the 5% guys but hopefully one day will be one of 95% 😁, if you introduced some tarts knickers coming down , and Chris’s 2 hander jobs the subscribers would go through the roof am sure 😁. 😮
I’m quite a fan of tarts knickers but not so much Chris’s two hander jobs….!! 😅 cheers for watching Kevin, glad you’re enjoying the conversation during repairs !
Think you've earned a few more pints there, fellas ! C4's do seem to like a battery in tiptop order, but what happened on mine, I disconnected the battery when the car was idle for more than a couple of days so the ECU had to re-learn each time out. It would run fine until getting near operating temp , the run a bit like yours, with a flat-ish spot and backfires and spit backs, until 190 degrees and the first fan coming on. Thereafter ,it was sweetness and light - this may be what is going on with yours, maybe. I really needed to be driven , especially in cold weather , but would eventually get to 190 . Just idling it on the drive in winter, it wouldn't get to 190 , and would pop and bang and spit at idle .Yours sounds like it has a couple of dead holes , so getting it good and warm may help. The alternator may have a date code stamp on it , as mine did, so if originality is important, try getting it rebuilt. It is likely the diode pack gone south, should be easy enought to source the bits over here. Incidentally, the owner's handbook for my C6 states that if the car is not driven for 25 days, the battery should be disconnected . It has to re-learns, like the C4 , but you don't get the rough running, you just notice things are somehow a lot sweeter and lively after stopping and restarting when good and warm. Oh, one more thing......I'd love to know what you were supping in the alehouse, glad it wasn't pissy lager !!!
For the next video I would like to see you finish the alternator and hopefully have it running nicely then overhaul the brakes. Might not be far off driving it then 😀
l had to laugh when l saw the " work bench " . An old cable drum in the front yard. ln English weather, no less. But seriously, l find you guys really inspiring. Just steadily chipping away with whatever you have at hand in order to learn and get the job done. This channel is a great example of what can happen if people just have a go. Fantastic stuff. Can't wait for the next installment.
Quick tip from the motorbike world (where everything is packed in, like you are with that inlet)… if you have a miss and can’t tell which cylinder… temp check the headers. Got one colder than the rest, that’s your boy! Pros use their fingers on the manifold, good home mechs spit on each one and watch the fizz, amateurs use a temp gun…
lol. So funny, the backyard LT4 mechanics. I remember when the dealers wouldn’t even work on them and they would pull the engine out of the cars and send them back to Mercury Marine for repair. Super cool guys.
I wonder if it was because they felt like they had their noses out of line... With a Lotus designed engine in there... It might have been more of a "what on earth was wrong with the pushrod 350" kind of thing...
Tbh all our british garages were designed to just about fit a car in and squeeze out of one door. So really in a normal house in the UK unless it's a mini or a sprite working inside isn't that much of an option :( ! We get very envious of the massive American workshops we see!
Really enjoying this project… and it’s great to see folks taking on amazing projects like this but without the luxury of fully equipped garages, just great skills, and enthusiasm!!!
High energy ignition and fuel system. Replace the alternator and battery. If either end of the battery cables look suspect, replace them too. This could help out a lot. Low voltage causes many problems in the gen4 corvettes.
Great work guys. Can't wait to see this beast running again. I wouldn't compare you guys to Doug, but I would compare you to early Mighty Car Mods. They started like you guys are doing now. Fixing cars in the driveway. Only diff there, is you're in your driveway, they where in one of their mothers driveway.
More excellent progress - at this rate you'll be finished in time for some summer cruising! Not sure about Doug DeMuro though - wouldn't Taff-arish be more appropriate? ;-)
Thanks Stuart! We hope to be MOT'd by summer !! Dougie D was the first person I thought of for some reason, but you're right - Taff-arish or Matt Aim Strong would have been more appropriate!
Good work guys. I like the logical approach. Having borught back 2 Corvettes it is the way to go. I would go with rebuilding the original alternator, Corvette that era and newer can be picky with alternators. If you order a new one, don't trash the old one. Hopefully you don't need it but Gordon Killebrew was the GM tech support guy and printed troubleshooting books. Early LT5 injectors diid not like ethanol and were known to fail. Also the fat injectors maybe disk injectors which after sitting with fuel in them can develop a leak or more loss of control between being fired.
At the moment we are keeping all the old parts that we take off (besides obvious consumables). 100% newer parts are often not the same quality! RE: the ethonol in fuel, since this car hasn't been on the road since 2005/6 the UK didn't really have much in the way of ethonol petrol back then.
Going well lads. It’s a lot of work producing the videos - hat off to you. Brakes and suspension would be my route but what do i know! It's nice to be able to stop and go round a corner. I remember my old C4 cornering flat like a big go kart. Keep up the good work! 👍
100% we think brakes are probably the way to go next. I guess we won't really know too much about whats going off with the suspension until we can carefully scoot it down the road. The first drive will be extremely tentative! My C5 is certainly quite go-kart like too!
Good work fellas. She's getting there. Good call on the alternator. The electrics need to be 100% so the ECM etc can function correctly, otherwise you'll be chasing issues that don't really exist. I would highly recommend getting the engine fully sorted before moving onto the next major item.
@@Auto_Funk I believe you I have worked , rebuilt many cars and the corvette C4 has been a challenge, I'm rebuilding the suspension polyurethane bushings in the upper and lower control arms , power stop drilled and slotted rotors and Kevlar pads ball joints , hubs, shocks, etc. The lower control arms are easy once you get them removed but let someone else do the uppers/ machine shop / they are a pain and can get bent very easy because they are alloy.
Really enjoying your content. You appear to be following the same route I did. Hopefully yours will run well soon. You are also giving me the motivation to start working on mine again.
Asbestos, try not to break them, get them down. They will have to be broken down to smaller pieces somehow, not sure if they are fit together or what. Once they are down, if you have to, cut them and drench with water while you do it. Then bag them up for a dump. Use your heads, if you think you should wear a respirator, wear one. The pulley tensioner and alternator should be off the shelf, you might be able to get them at a parts store over there before you order online, online is probably cheaper but with shipping? Ask a dealer over there and get prices. I’d say get the brakes done after that, and see how it drives… SLOWLY… unless you want to put tires on first. I’d say take it somewhere you can put it up and inspect underneath so you know what it needs so you’re not fighting it on the ground. Then get an alignment when underneath is up to par. Once it’s done mechanically, then detail as far as you want to go, I wouldn’t do that until you’re done getting dirt everywhere from fixing it. Keep up the good work, you’re doing a good job so far!!!
I work for a home improvement company. I'm sure we can help you with the gutters. Only issue is where are you? We're based in Kent. Cover all of Kent and south east London.. And yes, I'm a subscriber! Enjoying your mission!
Sounded like it was running on 4 or 5 first time you got it started. Sounds like you're picking up about a cylinder per week, so hopefully firing on all 8 next week 😀.
Think we're on about 6.64 Cylinders... about 78% of the time... approximately of course! :D... We were guessing the current horsepower numbers... and we would guess it has about 60bhp... which is 60 more than earlier this year!
Just hit subscribe. Glad to see the beast starting to come alive. The Mrs has been actually washing her own car today. Ford Mustang S550 full fat 5.0 GT soft top. 🎉🎉🎉🎉
She has grudgingly decided to half purr lo I like that she's giving you the chance to learn how to get her to purr and how youre going about doing the work.
We agree. To be fair getting really into it will require us to be able to move it around a little! So that's why we went down that route first :)! Thankyou for the support :) @stanl1979
As a random FYI, I bought a 20,000 mile 1992 ZR-1 late last year in pristine shape. Even so, the brakes refused to release as the car warmed up. A master cylinder took care of the issue (apparently a common issue on C4s). Just something to look out for. Have fun!
Thanks Ed! You're right, we need to be very careful with the brakes - I would imagine the seals in the master cylinder are probably pretty ropey by now! We will start with discs, pads and flexis then chase our way back to the master cylinder!
Desperate to see this run sweetly, everything else can wait until then I would say. But then I imagine brakes, suspension, then deep clean and bodywork stuff. It will keep me awake until she runs smoothly though, it should be sweet as a nut when running properly. They idled so smooth in the day
awesome, very close! Impressed by both your ingenuity and mechanical aptitude! You are doing the right thing by systematically going through and not just throwing a bunch of parts at it.
Another great update and episode there lads. I'd imagine, having such good access to the engine and being able to work in and around the engine bay without too much paraphernalia getting in your way is a big help to getting things done. Looking forward to the cars first proper spin out, its getting ever closer all the time.
@@Auto_Funk Well its always good to have a nice, perfectly sized rest bench/tyre to taker a breather and to plan your next move, to get said wheel in motion again 😄
It's got to be the brakes and suspension. You need to get the car running and MOT ready before you begin on the interior. Enjoying these videos, please keep them coming
Great advice! Not sure if you've seen the episode (3 I think) where Llewelyn drops a metal clip INTO THE PORT (!!) but let's say he's learned his lesson... Sort of ! Ha!
Good progress. And no Clarkson-May carnage! There’s hope. Cousin Kenny’s famous last words “I forgot the brakes” as he sailed by the driveway in the kart he had been reviving.

Got one colder than the rest, that’s your boy! Pros use their fingers on the manifold, good home mechs spit on each one and watch the fizz, amateurs use a temp gun…
Done that technique on the 400F :D!
@@Auto_Funkworks a treat!
Great videos! Got to be brakes next ( always handy to be able to stop!) then suspension. I.M.H.O.
Deffo, pedal to the floor at the moment, hoping its a soft line!
Absolutely loving the channel!
Thankyou for the support Julian :)!
Impressed by the simple fact that your working outside. Real pain not having a garage to work in 🙃
Tbh all our british garages were designed to just about fit a car in and squeeze out of one door. So really in a normal house in the UK unless it's a mini or a sprite working inside isn't that much of an option :( ! We get very envious of the massive American workshops we see!
Another great video, loving the methodical approach and explanations as you go.
Thankyou for the support :)!!
Really enjoying this project… and it’s great to see folks taking on amazing projects like this but without the luxury of fully equipped garages, just great skills, and enthusiasm!!!
Thanks Patrick!! We're definitely without the luxury of a fully equipped garage and we've got lots on enthusiasm... jury is out on the skill part :)
Thanks!
Hi Michael! Thank you so much for your support! It is very much appreciated :) We are fuelling this project with tea and ale so every little helps!
High energy ignition and fuel system. Replace the alternator and battery. If either end of the battery cables look suspect, replace them too. This could help out a lot. Low voltage causes many problems in the gen4 corvettes.
Thanks again!! In the next episode we replace the alternator so it'll be interesting to see if it has an effect on the running... !
Great vid lads! Love waking up in Thailand on a Monday morning to see an upload about the ZR1 !
Thankyou for the support! :) Amazing that people so far away are enjoying the content :)!
Cheers SirDaffy! I'll have to give them a watch! :) :) Thanks for the encouragement!
Veldig kjekt å følge med på restaurering av en flott bil som hører hjemme på veien. Hilsen fra Norway.
Takk for støtten :) Jeg skal til Norge i år og gleder meg! - Hope that makes sense and google translate hasn't made a mess of it!
Translate is ok I understand more an l can write. Good with Translate 👍 Have A good trip to Norway.
Do brakes, detailing will work as a Perfect dessert. Rigth now your main goal should be to getting it running and ready to drive:)
First tentative steps onto the road will be exciting for sure!
I appreciate the methodical way you guys are going about this, and the reverence and respect you're showing this car. Doing it right imo.
Thankyou for the kind words and support :)!!
subbed and enjoying a pot of tea watching you guys
Enjoy!! Love a cup of tea... Not sure where you are in the world but Great Britain is powered by tea!
Once running nice go onto brakes then suspension
Seems logical eh! Brakes will be next (see this Sunday's vid!)
Great job, sounds sweet. ❤
Sounding sweeter everyday! :D!
Hey guys some of the belt pensioners are hard to come by but if you find a local shop that has a press you can just replace the bearing. Good luck.
Thanks! Luckily the tensioner was okay and we managed to replace the pulley - Apparently those tensioners are rally hard to find!
Another great episode. LOVE following your journey.
Thanks so much for the encouragement!! :) :)
Good work fellas. She's getting there.
Good call on the alternator. The electrics need to be 100% so the ECM etc can function correctly, otherwise you'll be chasing issues that don't really exist.
I would highly recommend getting the engine fully sorted before moving onto the next major item.
Yeah absolutely we want to hear that engine burble away!
Excellent car fellas, even more great is that they were a special build so they are rare enough.
Thanks Shane! We agree - It's definitely worth saving!
Really enjoying this journey as it reminds me of looking at older cars myself. Your methodical approach will serve you well in the future. Keep it up!
LOL push down on the Radiator cap with the palm of your hand and then turn and it comes right off. I see you prying it with a screwdriver!
Ha!! Yes it does look ridiculous - BUT the neck must be slightly warped because the cap is VERY difficult to take off, trust me!
That first start sounded extremely like rod-knock😅
Terrifying isn't it!! Luckily it isn't rod knock!!
Really enjoying your content. You appear to be following the same route I did. Hopefully yours will run well soon. You are also giving me the motivation to start working on mine again.
Have you got a corvette also :)!? They're wicked cars !!
@Auto_Funk I have a 1990 Zr-1 that has multiple electrical faults. Still working my way through it.
Chris = Neil; both are freaking awesome
Thankyou :D!!
I'm enjoying this resurrection very much. The two of you work very well together, it's nice to watch.
Cheers Heckmacbuff... Glad you're enjoying it!
Thankyou for the advice on the gutters :)!!
Your plan you've put in there is exactly what we are thinking of doing! Thankyou for the support!
I say the brakes should be the next or soon video , it's always nice to be able to stop on the first test drive, good job guys
100%, means we can scoot it to a garage safely!
Interesting that the centre exhausts are a different colour to the outer ones.
Funny you should say that! We found that the centre ones are actually dummies and only for show!
yes, that’s why you need Corsa exhaust and get rid of those stupid blocking resonators in the middle!
I work for a home improvement company. I'm sure we can help you with the gutters. Only issue is where are you? We're based in Kent. Cover all of Kent and south east London..
And yes, I'm a subscriber! Enjoying your mission!
We're based in the East Midlands (as you can probably tell from the accents)! Thankyou for the support!
Doug D's squeaky voice could strip the paint off moving traffic!
The old sports direct mugs!
At which point do you give up on the glooves actually doing anything lol. Get the Black ones they last much longer 😁👍.
Good job guys 🤝🍻
Ha! I'll get through the box then buy some better ones!! They are verging on eing pointless though I agree!!
Need an old code scanner saved me headaches with the lt1
I've got one - A paperclip! Ha! We have a Tech 2 for the C5 but sadly it isn't compatible with OBD1
Keep up the good work guys. As for what to do next I’ll leave that up to you both I’m just happy watching 👍👍
Brakes and tyres seems like a strong choice. Be nice to stop after it goes we think!
Just hit subscribe. Glad to see the beast starting to come alive. The Mrs has been actually washing her own car today. Ford Mustang S550 full fat 5.0 GT soft top. 🎉🎉🎉🎉
They're a beast! Driven one of them both in the UK and in Florida. Really fun car :)!
I have subbed first day when I saw you with Jonny
Must be one of the first here! Thankyou for the support!! :)
She has grudgingly decided to half purr lo I like that she's giving you the chance to learn how to get her to purr and how youre going about doing the work.
She's a tease eh! :(
@@Auto_Funk She is, but as with all things you have to wait on, she'll be worth it :)
Dishwasher!!!???😂😂
Do it!!
Glad you boys are taking it slow with this car. Keep up the good work. Great content!!❤
It would do the job to be fair :D!
Great content guys. I think sort the mechanicals first and then move onto cleaning type jobs!
We agree. To be fair getting really into it will require us to be able to move it around a little! So that's why we went down that route first :)! Thankyou for the support :) @stanl1979
Glad you have the Vette. Great cars!
Thankyou! They're awesome cars and a rare sight in the UK!
Llew, great rock n roll hairstyle. Good vid lads, looking forward to your progress.
👌👌 Great Stuff Lads 👌👌
Thankyou for the support Stevie!
@@Auto_Funk You are more than welcome Guys 👌👌
They idled so smooth in the day
You and me both! We’re close…!
awesome, very close! Impressed by both your ingenuity and mechanical aptitude! You are doing the right thing by systematically going through and not just throwing a bunch of parts at it.
Thankyou for the support! ! I spy a couple of nice corvettes in your profile!
Another great update and episode there lads.
I'd imagine, having such good access to the engine and being able
to work in and around the engine bay without too much paraphernalia
getting in your way is a big help to getting things done.
Looking forward to the cars first proper spin out, its getting ever closer all the time.
The access on this car is decent! Even provides you with a couple of seats (front tyres) :D!
@@Auto_Funk Well its always good to have a nice, perfectly sized rest bench/tyre to taker a breather and to plan your next move, to get said wheel in motion again 😄
Found you guys thanks to Johnny. So glad I did. Love what you guys are doing. Keep it up. Great content
Thankyou for the support :)!!
Oh the gutters distracted me 😁, I think brakes next and let’s hope the wheels come off once and not more times than a tarts knickers 😁👌🏻
They'll be on and off a time or ten I imagine !
It's got to be the brakes and suspension. You need to get the car running and MOT ready before you begin on the interior.
Enjoying these videos, please keep them coming
We're feeling that brakes is 100% the next thing, perhaps check everything is connected that should be!
I love the bit where you said changing the fuel filter was easy, and then proceeded to shred your gloves and get petrol all over your arms.
Ha! Well spotted! Although the gloves I'm using seem to tear at even the sight of a rusty fitting!! :D
Love the program but could you "Please" cover the intake ports when you remove the plenum. Use tape old socks garbage bags anything😊
Great advice! Not sure if you've seen the episode (3 I think) where Llewelyn drops a metal clip INTO THE PORT (!!) but let's say he's learned his lesson... Sort of ! Ha!
Running and then get it Mot’d. That will then give you a to do list.
100%, gives us a good overview of what the car really "needs"!
Good progress. And no Clarkson-May carnage! There’s hope. Cousin Kenny’s famous last words “I forgot the brakes” as he sailed by the driveway in the kart he had been reviving.
To quite VGG... do you really need brakes?
Yep... probably do.
Process of ilimination…..certainly still misfiring…… a drink down the pub will help…….in the process😎👌🏽
Clears the mind!
Brakes and suspension next methinks
We agree (certainly brakes)! With all the magnetic ride stuff the suspension might be once we can get it rolling and on a ramp!
You need to buy a can of spray grease, very handy for noisy bearings/pulleys
Good plan! The only really bad one was/is the tensioner pulley, the rest aren't too bad... You know what they say though - Lube always helps!
